Running stryd power 196W HR139 for DFA=0.75 and cycling power 206W but 146HR for DFA=0.74 (cadence 52). Would have imagined higher HR for running, still need to fine tune cycling lt1.@altini_marco@G_Ron_Woods
@altini_marco For example after many trials I found 0.75 threshold around 197 watts, if I go 195w, DFA go to 0.78 and if I go 200w it goes to 0.68. Many thanks
@altini_marco I am a recent user of HRV logger for aet1 estimation using DFA1, great app. What would you recommend for the first aet/lt1 estimation during running and/or cycling: 20% or workout for rr intervals correction? Also 60 or 2min recording? Many thanks
@altini_marco Happy New Year Marco. Is there a tolerance around the 0.75 value for aerobic threshold? I find it very easy to go over or under by adding or removing just 3 watts, seems very sensible.
