दीपक की गिरफ्तारी एक अजीब से बनावटी मामले में हुई है.

एक कपड़ा व्यापारी ने दीपक पर उन्हें धमकाने का आरोप लगाते हुए पुलिस में तहरीर दी थी.

साड़ी की दुकान चलाने वाले शिकायतकर्ता संजीव टांक के अनुसार, पिछले दिनों उज्जैन में एक मस्जिद को गिराए जाने संबंधी दीपक की पोस्ट पर उनके द्वारा टिप्पणी की गई कि सेना पर पत्थरबाजी करने वालों के खिलाफ भी कभी कुछ लिख दिया कर.

संजीव का आरोप है कि इस टिप्पणी से आक्रोशित दीपक गुरूवार सुबह उनकी दुकान पर आए और उन्हें धमकाया. जब उन्होंने विरोध किया तो उन्हें जान से मारने की धमकी दी गई. संजीव ने बताया कि कुछ समय पूर्व उनकी हृदय का आपरेशन हुआ है व गुरूवार को हुई घटना के कारण वे दहशत में हैं.

इस घटना के बाद व्यापार मंडल और भाजपा के पदाधिकारियों ने थाने पर धरना दिया और दीपक की गिरफ्तारी का दबाव बनाया.

व्यापारियों का आरोप था कि दीपक आए दिन हिंदू समाज को लेकर इंटरनेट मीडिया पर विवादित पोस्ट कर रहे हैं, जिससे शहर का सांप्रदायिक सौहार्द खराब होने का भी डर बना हुआ है.

अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक मनोज ठाकुर ने कहा कि दीपक के इंटरनेट मीडिया पर बने अकाउंट पर पुलिस नजर रख रही है.

Karnataka Minister @ArshadRizwan has urged the Chief Electoral Officer @ceo_karnataka to immediately suspend processing of Form 7 objections, calling their use an “organised misuse.”

अमित शाह को बचाने सूर्यकांत ने बेंच बदली
सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सीएपीएफ (CAPF) और बीएसएफ के 17,000 अधिकारियों के आईपीएस डेपुटेशन और प्रमोशन से जुड़े गंभीर अवमानना मामले में बड़ा विवाद खड़ा हो गया है। इस मामले में कथित तौर पर अमित शाह की मुश्किलें बढ़ने वाली थीं।
आरोप है कि यह केस जस्टिस उज्जवल भुइया और जस्टिस अतुल चंद्रूरकर की रेगुलर बेंच के सामने लिस्टेड था, लेकिन बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के इसे अचानक कॉज लिस्ट से हटा दिया गया। वकीलों का आरोप है कि सरकारी पक्ष के कहने पर चीफ जस्टिस (CJI) सूर्यकांत ने मास्टर ऑफ रोस्टर की शक्ति का दुरुपयोग कर इस केस को रातों-रात एक स्पेशल बेंच में ट्रांसफर कर दिया।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पुरानी रूलिंग कहती है कि एक बार केस किसी बेंच को सौंप दिए जाने के बाद, बेंच ही उस मामले की मालिक होती है और उसमें इस तरह का प्रशासनिक दखल गैर कानूनी है। वरिष्ठ वकीलों और जानकारों ने सवाल उठाया है कि क्या सीजेआई सूर्यकांत अब मोदी-शाह सरकार को बचाने के लिए ऐसा कर रहे हैं? क्या न्यायपालिका में पारदर्शिता और निष्पक्षता पर बड़ा संकट आ गया है?

Start this morning by saluting Nirupama Tripathy, BLO who stood up & exposed an attempt to delete genuine voters in Odisha’s Dhamnagar Assembly seat.

A salute to her courage, integrity.

Nirupama found at least 227 Form 7 applications seeking deletion of voters’ names uploaded using her credentials without her knowledge.

When she talked to other BLOs it then revealed that several BLO's name was used to upload form 7 seeking deletion of genuine voters.

On September 4, 10 BLOS including Nirupama filed Police Complaint.

And now after a preliminary inquiry, the ECI has suspended SANTOSH KUMAR NAYAK, the EO of the Dhamnagar council and the area’s AERO for the SIR exercise, who used the credentials of BLOs to submit the bulk deletion applications.

And as expected over 90% of these form 7 applications were submitted against Muslim voters of the constituency.

Nirupama has told the @IndianExpress “I shared OTPs with the AERO and his staff at least three times. I thought it’s for verification purposes. When I found out about processing of 227 Form 7s for deletion of voters on my behalf, I spoke to other BLOs, and they said they were seeing a similar situation. This prompted us to take action.”

In Odisha 17.67 lakh voters has been deleted under SIR exercise. The total number of voters in Odisha went down from 3.33 crore before the SIR began to 3.16 crore in the final roll.

Nirupama Tripathy is an anganwadi worker. Deserves a salute and must be rewarded. Though I fear, she may bear the consequences.

पूरा देश वोट चोरी के खिलाफ़ गुस्से में है - मगर फिर भी BJP-EC की बेशर्मी देखिए कैसे खुलेआम वही किए जा रहे हैं।

कर्नाटक के बेलगावी में एक झटके में लगभग 15 हजार वोटरों के नाम मिटाने की साजिश चल रही थी।

सिर्फ़ तीन दिनों - 22, 23 और 24 सितंबर - में इतने नाम वोटर लिस्ट से हटाने के लिए Form 7 की बाढ़ आ गई।

और निशाने पर कौन? मुसलमान, SC, ST और OBC। क्योंकि इनमें से ज़्यादातर लोग BJP के खिलाफ वोट डालते हैं।

मैंने वोट चोरी के इस तरीके का पहले ही पर्दाफाश किया था - Centralized तरीके से software के जरिए वोट delete किए जाते हैं। "चुनिंदा" लोगों के खिलाफ BJP और EC के लोगों द्वारा मिलकर automated तरीके से थोक में Form 7 भरे जाते हैं - और देखते ही देखते लाखों वोटर लिस्ट से गायब हो जाते हैं। और ये सब ऊपर से नियंत्रित किया जाता है।

कर्नाटक कांग्रेस के नेता इस वक्त कर्नाटक CEO के दफ़्तर में इसके दोषियों के ख़िलाफ़ FIR की मांग कर रहे हैं। CEO इस FIR से मना क्यों कर रहे हैं?

इस तरह से मोदी, शाह और ज्ञानेश मिल कर SIR के ज़रिए लोकतंत्र को खत्म कर रहे हैं। ये देशद्रोह है।

इसलिए मैं कह रहा हूं ज्ञानेश कुमार को इस्तीफा दे कर approver बन जाना चाहिए, और मोदी शाह के खिलाफ जांच होनी चाहिए।
