@supercigardave @FoxNews Not if you have a state level felony and have your gun rights restored by your state. It automatically lifts the bar on the fed level. It’s a certificate of relief from civil disabilities “CRD” Some states remove the bar after 5, 10 or 20 years with no other legal trouble.

@P_T_B_American @LegalFockery @rittenhouse2a @nypost I’m in New York. If you get a “CRD” Certificate of Relief from Civil Disabilities expressly stating restoration of firearm rights it lifts the Federal ban as well. This is granted by the sentencing court. They don’t promote this information.
