@aaron_lubeck The house on the bottom is built by massive publicly traded companies like lennar. They have to operate the way they operate to continue to make profit each quarter. It’s just how that portion of the housing market operates. Building anything more complex isn’t worth it to them

@mcuban Minute clinic is 79$ without insurance. Most people are paying around 50 for a reg Dr visit & pay 250+ a month in health insurance. Most prescriptions like antibiotics are dirt cheap. Insurance at this point is just insurance on going into deep debt from a serious medical issue
