@GACACare@SaudiAirlinesEn@Saudia_Care@Saudia_Care I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely distressing and unprofessional treatment I experienced on Flight SV1228 from Ar’ar to Riyadh dated 70/05/2025 at 9:20 pm
At the final boarding gate at Ar’ar Airport, I was forcibly asked to leave my luggage bag despite the fact that it contained expensive clothes and important personal belongings required for my onward international journey to London. What made the situation even more upsetting was the behaviour of the staff supervisor present at the gate.
The supervisor was highly rude, disrespectful, and completely uncooperative. He neither provided me with any clear explanation or justification for forcibly removing my luggage from me, nor did he issue any baggage tag, receipt, or tracking number to allow me to trace my belongings afterward. This behaviour was unacceptable and entirely contrary to the professional standards expected from an international airline.
As a result of this incident, I have suffered:
- Significant emotional distress and humiliation
- Serious inconvenience for my onward journey and stay in London
- Risk of substantial financial loss due to expensive items inside the bag
- Anxiety regarding the current whereabouts and safety of my luggage
I request an urgent investigation into this matter and expect the following actions from Saudia Airlines:
1. Immediate tracing and confirmation of the location/status of my luggage
2. A formal explanation regarding why my bag was forcibly removed without proper procedure
3. Identification and review of the conduct of the concerned supervisor/staff member
4. Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and potential financial loss caused
I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution at the earliest possible opportunity.@Saudi_Airlines@Saudia_care1

The parasympathetic division is anatomically defined by a craniosacral outflow. Preganglionic neurons originate in brainstem nuclei associated with cranial nerves III, VII, IX, and X, and in the sacral spinal cord (S2–S4). Their axons are typically long and project to ganglia located in close proximity to, or within, the target organs.
At the synapse within these parasympathetic ganglia, acetylcholine is released by preganglionic fibres and binds to nicotinic receptors on postganglionic neurons. These postganglionic neurons, in turn, are short and release acetylcholine onto effector tissues, where it acts on muscarinic receptors to elicit the final physiological response.
Functionally, the parasympathetic system is primarily engaged in the regulation of “rest-and-digest” processes. It promotes gastrointestinal motility and secretion, facilitates energy storage, supports glandular activity, and contributes to baseline homeostatic maintenance.
Importantly, parasympathetic activity does not operate in isolation. It acts in dynamic balance with the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system, often exerting opposing but complementary effects on the same organs, thereby enabling fine-tuned physiological regulation.
We're proud to announce a significant step forward in neurosurgical care. Dr. @RandyDAmico_MD has performed the first catheter placement navigated with Medivis' Cranial Navigation platform. It's a first that matters — intracerebral hemorrhage is one of the most time-sensitive and high-stakes conditions in neurosurgery, and precision is everything.
Post-op imaging confirmed accurate IRRAflow placement within the target hematoma, facilitating efficient clot evacuation.
Medivis' AR-guided platform delivers immersive, real-time anatomical visualization directly to the bedside and OR — giving surgeons the precision and confidence to navigate complex anatomy with clarity.
Dr. D'Amico's work exemplifies what's possible at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and surgical expertise.
Precision. Confidence. Better outcomes.
This is what the future of neurosurgery looks like. Congratulations to Dr. D’Amico and the entire team!
