@Uber_Support Hi there. my issue had nothing to do with failing to reach my driver. i attached the chat i had with the driver. i was in contact with him all the time. is it acceptable to you, that the driver takes more than 1hr to deliver a package which was supposed to take 10mins?

Dear @Uber_RSA @Uber_Support @Uber i booked a package delivery through your platform. The driver picked a package after a long wait and chose to go a different route and stopped for 1hr now with my package. the package contains food and it wont be consumable after this long.

Uber will still take my R63 that they charged me for the trip and i will lose revenue to the total of R330 due to this. It is so unfair. The worst thing is that uber support is the worst thing to deal with in such issues. Incompetent agents all over. mxxm @SABCNews @METROFMSA

3. I rely on uber package to delivery my food but your incompetent drivers are arrogant and always shows a high level of incompetency. It is more than an hour now since my order was picked and the driver is nowhere closer to the drop off point and not even moving.

@Leon_Schreib Thank you Minister for the great work. Your work is commendable. However minister in clearing the backlog for the permits there were lots of rejections that were not necessary and appeals are still not processed. My wife applied for a spousal permit in 2023 till now nothing....
