People who spend long periods of time at home and slowly lose the desire to go outside often think they're just resting. But psychologically, many of them are experiencing something called mental rumination. It's a state where the brain starts slowing down while the number of thoughts inside keeps increasing and the motivation to do anything slowly disappears. The mind gets stuck in the past, worries about the future and burns itself out. This isn't laziness, it's a nervous system stuck in survival mode. And the longer it lasts, the more distant normal life begins to feel. And the difficult part is that you usually can't escape it through one massive burst of motivation. And sometimes, recovery starts with just one small step.
elvis recorded more than 711 songs, but only 18 became global hits. thomas edison registered more than 1,100 patents, but people only remember one.
lionel messi has taken over 4,520 shots and only scored 859.
walt disney was rejected 302 times because of a lack of creativity before he got mickey mouse financed. van gogh made more than 2,100 paintings, died poor, and most people can't name more than 10.
james dyson built 5,127 prototypes and only 1 changed his life.
and you're giving up cos you haven't got what you want after trying what? twice? or maybe just 10 times? look, and at the end of the day, you don't have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great.
a winner is just a loser that tried one more time and that's just it. winners lose more than losers even try.
this is literally why AI was invented btw. to distort the facts, create false realities and make everyone disoriented and unable to trust anything that they see, to make them more susceptible to extremism. illustrated right here
"Did you test this powder?"
"No."
"So how do you know what it was,"
"The husband said."
"Did you hear her confess?'
"No."
"So why arrest her?"
"The husband said."
"Did you do a thorough investigation of the events, the place, the evidence?"
"No."
"So why are you convicting her?"
"The husband said."
"Does she remember doing this?"
"No."
"Why does she say she did?"
"The husband told her she did."
Are you seeing a pattern here???
This confirms:
- Drug Trafficking is not stopped because they dont want to
- Serial Killers are not stopped because they dont want to
- Child kidnapping are not stopped because they dont want to.
WESTERN RAILWAY MUMBAI SUBURBAN TIMETABLE FROM 1st SEPTEMBER!
Western Railway’s new Suburban Timetable No. 79 is all about smarter deployment of the existing 1,414 services — improving connectivity where passengers need it most, while tackling congestion and operational bottlenecks.
🔹 SAME 1,414 TRAINS — BUT A MUCH SMARTER TIMETABLE!
The total number of suburban services remains unchanged at 1,414. Instead of simply adding trains, Western Railway has rationalised the timetable based on passenger demand, operating conditions and congestion points.
Six new services are being introduced, while six existing low-demand/mainly non-peak services are being withdrawn, allowing train paths and resources to be redeployed more effectively.
🔹 BORIVALI CONGESTION TO BE TACKLED — WITHOUT CUTTING OFF BORIVALI!
One of the most important changes is aimed at tackling the peak-hour congestion at Borivali, which can lead to heavy door crowding, prolonged boarding/alighting and detention of trains.
Two evening Churchgate–Virar services — the 18:22 AC service and 19:05 service — will skip their Borivali halt on a trial basis.
But importantly, passenger convenience is being ensured. For passengers travelling to Borivali on the 18:22 AC service, another AC local departs Churchgate just after 6 min at 18:28 hrs which halts at Borivali.
So the idea is simple: decongest the choke point while continuing to provide passengers with options.
🔹 DAHISAR CONTINUES TO GET PRIORITY — HALTS RETAINED!
A particularly significant aspect is that while selected peak-hour services will skip Borivali to ease congestion, their Dahisar halts are being retained.
This is an important indication of the growing operational importance of Dahisar as a passenger hub on the Western suburban corridor.
With Borivali already functioning as a major suburban hub, retaining the Dahisar halt provides passengers with another important access point and helps distribute passenger loads across the corridor rather than concentrating everything at Borivali.
In other words: decongest Borivali, while strengthening the importance of Dahisar.
🔹 2 MORE AC LOCALS — WITHOUT INCREASING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF TRAINS!
A major passenger benefit: weekday AC services increase from 145 to 147.
Two existing non-AC services are being converted into AC services:
➡️ Churchgate–Borivali: 17:28 hrs
➡️ Borivali–Churchgate: 18:24 hrs
Both retain their existing routes and timings.
This means more AC capacity without increasing the overall 1,414-service count.
🔹 DAHANU ROAD PASSENGERS GET A BOOST!
For passengers from the extended suburban belt, there is a major improvement.
The existing Dadar–Virar and Virar–Dahanu Road services are being integrated to provide direct Dadar–Dahanu Road connectivity.
The revised service will depart Dadar at 17:22 hrs and reach Dahanu Road at 19:30 hrs.
🔹 VIRAR–CHURCHGATE MORNING CONNECTIVITY GETS A BIG BOOST!
After converting the 07:59 Virar- Churchgate service into AC service, the non AC passengers wanted a service due to the gap of non ac services towards Churchgate. The 08:23 hrs Virar–Dadar service is being extended all the way to Churchgate. It will reach Churchgate at 09:48 hrs, giving morning commuters from the extended suburban corridor direct connectivity towards Churchgate.
🔹 LATE-NIGHT COMMUTERS GET MORE OPTIONS! 🌙
The new timetable adds services during late evening and night hours, particularly in the Borivali–Bhayandar–Virar corridor.
New services include:
➡️ Bhayandar–Virar: 07:46 hrs
➡️ Borivali–Bhayandar: 22:14 hrs
➡️ Borivali–Virar: 22:51 hrs
➡️ Virar–Borivali: 23:51 hrs
➡️ Borivali–Bhayandar: 00:28 hrs
These services address passenger requirements beyond the main peak periods and strengthen late-night connectivity.
Metro Line 13: A new era of connectivity for the MMR
The Maharashtra Cabinet Infrastructure Committee has recently approved the ₹17,724.99 crore Metro Line 13 project, to be implemented by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA).
The 25.03-km corridor will pass through Thane and Palghar districts, with 21.78 km elevated and 3.25 km underground, and will have 16 stations — 13 elevated and 3 underground.
A key feature of the project will be the proposed 4.92-km integrated six-lane road and Metro bridge across Vasai Creek, creating a new direct connection between the two regions and eliminating the existing road detour of around 32 km.
Metro Line 13 will connect Mira Road, Vasai, Naigaon, Nalasopara and Virar, with interchange connectivity to suburban railway stations at Naigaon, Nalasopara and Virar. A proposed connection with Metro Line 9 at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Stadium, along with bus connectivity at all stations, will further strengthen multimodal mobility. A Metro depot is proposed at Chikhal Dongri.

Tier 3 cities are weird, man. People here be making Rs. 35K a month and don’t care about your mutual funds or the stock market. They somehow save enough to buy property after property. 🤣
Anya Taylor-Joy is reportedly in talks with Marvel Studios to reprise her role as Magik in the MCU's X-Men reboot. Kevin Feige is very interested in having her.
I am going to lose followers for this but I don’t care.
48 hours ago, I believed Lindsay Clancy killed her children. Then I started actually watching the trial.
Now I have serious doubt and the defense hasn’t even begun.
By every account, Lindsay adored her children. Even her anxiety centered around protecting them and fear of leaving them. She was struggling and asking for help, yet Patrick fired the nanny, Patrick told his parents not to come help just two days before the deaths, and he continued traveling while she deteriorated.
Then there are the questions I cannot ignore:
The computer searches people assumed were Lindsay’s were Patrick’s. Medications Lindsay had turned over to Patrick to dispose of were later found in her system. Her writings included fears of someone else harming her children. First responders testified about finding Patrick sitting on the couch despite three dying children. And now questions surrounding another woman, trips, hotels and the timeline of that relationship deserve serious scrutiny.
Patrick is also the source of some of the most incriminating statements attributed to Lindsay. Not medical professionals or family members. It was Patrick who said she had thoughts of harming her children and who said that she killed her children. Meanwhile, first responders stated she wasn’t even able to speak because of her severe injuries, including her body temperature of 82 degrees.
I could go on and on and on about the various discrepancies coming out in court.
None of this proves what happened that night. That’s precisely my point.
Why wasn’t every possibility thoroughly investigated? Why wasn’t Patrick investigated? Lindsay was charged just 21 hours after first responders got to her home and the case was closed.
This isn’t about defending Lindsay or accusing Patrick. It’s about three murdered children who deserve the truth.
I don’t know for certain what happened but neither does anyone else on the internet.
And after watching the Commonwealth’s own case, I don’t understand how anyone can claim there are no questions left to ask.
The defense hasn’t even begun.
@WomanDefiner Did you guys notice how he handed something to the person in grey hoodie at the start of this video? What if he handed that person the apple watch or his wife's phone? And that's how it was established that Lancy was still communicating with him?
In the last 32 hours the cellphone and video evidence has been shown in Lindsay Clancy trial. Patrick Clancy was in communication with Lindsay while at the store during the time period where the kids were murdered. They have GPS data showing Lindsay Clancy moving around the house. She even called Patrick back which cellphone data shows.
TikTokers have fabricated a fairy tale. I really don't think people appreciate how insane this is.
