Hello, you have just disabled Shopify Payments for my store for no apparent reason. We generated 900k⏠in revenue over three months with a dispute rate of 0.4%, the vast majority of which we won.
We are partners, and I would like immediate action to be taken to resolve this issue.

You disabled our Shopify Payments accusing us of "misleading content » , our product is 100% legit, zero false claims. We had the exact same hold on another Shopify shop, resolved in 24h. Now we have sent 4 emails, and 0 answer for a week. Our funds are frozen for 120 days and itâs unacceptable. Looking for a way to solve this problem.
