BREAKING: President Trump says the deal with Iran is “now complete.”
“I hereby fully authorize the toll free opening of the Strait of Hormuz… let the oil flow,” Trump says.
SpaceX created over 4,400 millionaires today, and many of them are regular working people.
They are not executives or founders, they are welders, technicians, machinists, and launch crew, the people who showed up every day and built the rockets with their hands.
Around 400 of them are sitting on stakes worth over $100 million each.
For context, Google's IPO created roughly 1,000 millionaires. Facebook's created around the same. SpaceX is doing more than four times both of them in a single day.
Juan Hernandez is one of them.
The 10 biggest IPOs in history went down an average of 35% in their first 6 months.
SpaceX wants $1.75 trillion on Friday and people are calling it a generational entry...
With unprecedented investor demand for the largest IPO in history (SpaceX), it's worth remembering a simple lesson:
A great company doesn't always make for a great investment at any price.
The median major IPO lost 31% in its first year & suffered a 53% drawdown along the way.
BREAKING: Iran's President Pezeshkian responds to President Trump's threats to target Iranian infrastructure calling it "a sign of desperation."
Full statement:
"Critical infrastructures are the lifeblood of the people. Threats to target them, from transportation networks to the electricity and water industries, are not a show of strength but a sign of desperation in the face of a nation's will. Iran, relying on the knowledge and capabilities of its specialists, national unity, and solidarity, will stand firm against any pressure or threat," Pezeshkian says.
Well this sucks ...
We just caught Michigan rep Tim Walberg disclosing new buys of Exxon Mobile $XOM, Eaton Corp $ETN and Chevron $CVX.
There’s 3 reasons it stood out:
1. Walberg sits on the House Committee on Natural Resources, which has direct jurisdiction over energy leasing on federal lands
2. Each one of those investments is up double digits
3. He disclosed 14 months late, making it impossible to tail him
Don't worry though he'll be fined ...
$200.
“I have a foreboding of an America in my children's or grandchildren's time -- when the United States is a service and information economy; when nearly all the manufacturing industries have slipped away to other countries; when awesome technological powers are in the hands of a very few, and no one representing the public interest can even grasp the issues; when the people have lost the ability to set their own agendas or knowledgeably question those in authority; when, clutching our crystals and nervously consulting our horoscopes, our critical faculties in decline, unable to distinguish between what feels good and what's true, we slide, almost without noticing, back into superstition and darkness...
The dumbing down of American is most evident in the slow decay of substantive content in the enormously influential media, the 30 second sound bites (now down to 10 seconds or less), lowest common denominator programming, credulous presentations on pseudoscience and superstition, but especially a kind of celebration of ignorance”

With Trump's pardon of ex-Rep. Steve Buyer R-IN, who was convicted of insider trading, here is the updated Trump pardon list involving Congress: 11R, 2D
This is so insanely corrupt, I can’t even believe it.
More than half the donors to Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom just won over $50 billion in new federal contracts in six months.
And here’s the part that should make your blood boil.
Sixteen of these 27 donors were facing federal enforcement actions, antitrust reviews, labor cases, securities charges. Many of those cases have been quietly dropped or scaled back since Trump took office. You write a check, your legal problems disappear. That’s not a coincidence.
The White House won’t even release the full donor list. They’re hiding it on purpose, because daylight is the one thing pay-to-play can’t survive. A federal judge already ruled ballroom construction has to stop until Congress authorizes it.
Government is supposed to serve the people, not auction itself off to the highest bidder. When access goes to whoever pays the most, working families always end up paying the price.
We either end the corruption, or the corruption will end us.

JUST IN: ALBANIANS CALL FOR PM EDI RAMA TO RESIGN AFTER STRIKING DEAL WITH JARED KUSHNER FOR PROTECTED COASTLINE
“Albania is not for sale. Albania belongs to the Albanian people, and we decide what we want to do here.
It's not that some corrupted politicians can decide what they can do with our property.
He's trying to trade our country as a personal property of him and his family and his collaborators.
We want him to resign.”
Only 44 apartment units started construction in Q1'26 across Massachusetts' three largest MSAs.
That's the lowest going back at least 15 years, likely longer.
Why? Rent control doing what rent control does, and it hasn't even passed yet.
Ten officials ranging from special envoy Steve Witkoff to Small Business Administration head Kelly Loeffler reported financial interests in Elon Musk’s rocket company or in xAI, the artificial intelligence and social media firm it merged with in February, according to their most recent public financial disclosures.
