$ASTS: AST SpaceMobile just signed a commercial agreement with three Brazilian carriers for direct-to-device service across Brazil.

Unifique, Brisanet and Iez! Telecom will supply 700 MHz spectrum and fund the ground gateways. Final terms are still under negotiation.

The service would offer voice, data and video straight to regular phones. Anatel, Brazil's telecom regulator, already authorized AST's system to operate there in June,
