@KLM_UK @KLM is the worst. After more than a 3 hour delay. They lost my luggage and for 2 days no communication from them about where or how they are going about finding my luggage. Trying to call but on hold now for about 30mins and counting π‘ #NeverAgain

@santanderukhelp Hi yes, my online has been blocked. I was trying the number ending in 123 and 170. I tried security ending in 151 and after 12mins or so someone picked up.
