@MattBraynard That plan is mostly wishful thinking. The Fed doesn’t slash rates just because stocks dip, tariffs can raise prices for consumers, and a market crash doesn’t magically shift wealth to the poor. Plus, egg prices depend on factors like avian flu, not who’s in the White House.

@Jonathan_Blow Excuse my ignorance here, but is this just a bad use-case for the builder pattern? Are the only arguments ever passed strings? If there is a legitimate case for initialization steps that are more than just appending a string I might be more understanding.

@VigilantFox I’d love to hear someone with the knowledge and experience that can explain exactly what could happen when the government inevitably goes bankrupt. The easy answer is a depression unlike anything we have seen before but I’d like to hear more detail on the implications.
