I just realised I was a very strong stakeholder in Arsenal FC due to my relationship with elder, Arsène Wenger. #Smile
Arsenal fans should come and pay their respects.
Congrats to all Arsenal fans, after 22 years of waiting. #Joke@whitenigerian@DrJoeAbah@Abunaah@Arsenal
A man in zaria asked his local Imam about their plans for iftar at the masjid. After listening to what they intended to provide for the worshippers, he offered to sponsor all the sachets of pure water that would be distributed throughout Ramadan.
When he was told the total cost for the entire month, he requested to pay it in advance. The Imam suggested he wait until Ramadan began because they have not started collecting the funds, but the man insisted on settling it immediately so he doesn’t forget, and he did.
Last week, he returned to his Lord, he wasn’t sick or anything, he was hale and hearty.
He didn’t reach the month of Ramadan.
May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Jannah. Ameen.

The older I get the more I realize that waking before Fajr, sleeping early, spending time in creation, taking dhikr walks, reading Qur'an and beneficial books, and eating organic halal meals makes me feel better than all the Western self-help advice ever did.
Islam had it right all along.
Pavel Durov on why he hasn't had depression in 20 years:
"I normally never have depression. I don't remember having depression in the last 20 years, at least maybe when I was a teenager."
Pavel's approach to difficult emotions is completely counterintuitive.
As he puts it:
"I'm a human being like everybody else. I do get to experience emotions and some of them are not very pleasant. But I believe that it's the responsibility of every one of us to cope with these emotions and to learn to work through them."
On what creates depression:
"Self-discipline is particularly important because without it, how can you overcome this seemingly endless loop of negativity or despair that ultimately leads to depression for some people?"
His method:
"One of the reasons I don't have depression is I start doing things. I identify the problem, I can see a solution, and I start executing the strategy. If you are stuck in this loop of being worried about something, nothing's ever going to change."
The mistake people make:
"People often make this mistake thinking 'Oh, I should just have some rest and then regain energy.' This is not how it works. You gain energy by doing something. So you start doing something, then it happens. You feel motivated, you feel inspired, and then ultimately you do something else a little bit more."
He continues:
"The whole point is to do first and then feel, not feel and then do. Going to the gym is a good example. There are many days when you don't want to start working out. But you have to overcome this initial reluctance and then you get to a point that you enjoy it and you think 'Oh my god, it was such a good idea to come to gym today.'"
Action creates energy, not the other way around.
I spent the entire December watching “homeland” on Netflix, all 8 seasons of that thing. The moment I was done I deleted the app, never again will I go that deep in a series that long.
A CIA agent once said that the Homeland series is the ONLY MOVIE EVER MADE that comes close to how the CIA operates in real life.
I do not recommend you start it, especially if you love international politics and spy movies. It will suck you in and eat your time.
Lol, Male friendships are crazy. A chronic smoker would be best friends with a guy who has never touched a blunt before
A chronic womanizer can be best friend with a nigga who don't gaf about women.
Casually asked my guy to apply for job at my work place in July, he immediately wrote application letter and sent to me, I then took it to few offices and begged them to recommend him for employment. Guys, he did his documentation today, and he’s now my colleague.
God is great.
You have no job? Pray tahajjud.
You stressed? Pray tahajjud.
You wanna get married? Pray tahajjud.
You have health problems? Pray tahajjud.
You want something? Pray tahajjud.
Sometimes you pray Tahajjud for something you think you want and end up forgetting it completely because the sweetness of giving up sleep for Allāh is better than anything you wanted in the first place.
The du'a made at tahajjud is like an arrow which does not miss its target.
He’s not mentally ill, it is simply a gesture. The Qur’an is flowing from a conscious heart and a present mind that loves what it delivers.
Allahumma ij‘alna min Ahlil-Qur’an. ❤️
