🚨HOLY SH*T…DOES THE MONOPOLY WEB EVER END?
Everywhere we turn, there’s another overlap, another business interest, another potential conflict.
Everett Dobson is a Keeneland Trustee AND owns Candy Meadows, a Keeneland consignor with 20 HORSES IN THIS SALE.
So answer us:
Who decides where those 20 horses are placed in the books?
Does Candy Meadows receive ANY special consideration?
When a dispute involves a Candy Meadows horse, does Dobson recuse himself? Are those recusals documented?
And WHO MONITORS DOBSON’S POTENTIAL CONFLICTS? The other Keeneland Trustees, Bill Farish and Bill Lear? If not them, WHO?
And while you’re answering questions, explain the Repole $900K ➡️ $500K transaction, because yesterdays first attempted explanation may have been the Monopoly’s weakest yet, and that’s hard to accomplish.
EVERYWHERE WE TURN, THERE’S ANOTHER POTENTIAL CONFLICT.
The Monopoly path keeps going.
The web keeps growing.
AND IT’S GETTING VERY, VERY STICKY.
No more running to your favorite media outlets.
No more prepackaged Q&As.
No more spin.
No more half-truths.
THE MONOPOLY HAS AN OPEN INVITATION: ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS RIGHT HERE ON X NOW.
No middleman. No prepared interview. No hiding behind anyone else.
THE 99% IS WATCHING. THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY WANTS THE ANSWERS.
SO ANSWER THEM. RIGHT HERE.
@keenelandsales@keeneland@jockeyclub@BreedersCup
🚨 THE COMMISH COULD HAVE WALKED AWAY. INSTEAD, HE PUT $2.825 MILLION BACK INTO OUR SPORT.🚨
After everything that happened leading into Keeneland September, Mike Repole showed up yesterday and purchased six yearlings for $2.825 MILLION.
Think about that.
He still hasn’t gotten the answers he, and the industry, deserve about the $900,000 ➡️ $500,000 situation.
Instead, Keeneland gave us another carefully worded explanation about “the process” and what happens when the “hammer drops”.
Another carefully worded half answer from the MONOPOLY 3, EVERETT DOBSON, BILL FARISH AND BILL LEAR, and then they walk away.
The same three names sitting in so called leadership at Keeneland AND The Jockey Club.
Repole could have looked at all of this, taken his money and walked away.
HE DIDN’T.
He invested nearly $3 MILLION IN ONE DAY because The Commish loves this sport and continues to support our horses and aftercare organizations first and foremost, along with the breeders, consignors, owners, trainers and everyone else who makes this industry go.
But let’s not lose sight of the bigger picture:
THE $900K ➡️ $500K SITUATION IS ONLY ONE THREAD IN A MUCH BIGGER MONOPOLY WEB.
The OVERLAPPING leadership. The CONFLICTS. The HALF-TRUTHS. The lack of TRANSPARENCY. The SAME PEOPLE seemingly answering to the SAME PEOPLE.
Mike Repole isn’t trying to tear this industry down.
HE’S SPENDING MILLIONS SUPPORTING IT WHILE FIGHTING TO MAKE IT BETTER.
There’s a huge difference.
THE COMMISH ISN’T WALKING AWAY.
AND NEITHER ARE WE.
@jockeyclub@keenelandsales@keeneland@BreedersCup@RepoleStable
👀A PREVIEW OF WHAT’S COMING THIS WEEKEND…
The 99% wants answers. And we’re going to keep asking the questions the 1% would rather not answer.
Millions in reserves.
Loans to HISA.
Conflicts of interest.
A lack of transparency.
This weekend, our Public Awareness Campaign continues.
We’re not going away.
We’re not getting quieter.
And we’re not going to stop demanding transparency, honesty and integrity from the organizations controlling our sport.
The 99% is paying attention, and our voice is getting louder.
Our sport deserves better.
We love our sport!
Here’s a sneak peek at ONE of this weekend’s ads. 👇
@jockeyclub@keenelandsales@keeneland@BreedersCup
🚨 THE 99% ISN’T JUST ASKING QUESTIONS ANYMORE. WE’RE GETTING REALLY PISSED OFF.🚨
The Jockey Club loaned HISA $1.85 MILLION…AND FORGAVE IT.
Breeders’ Cup also helped finance HISA, while HISA acknowledges millions in industry loans and credit REMAIN OUTSTANDING.
Meanwhile, as of Dec 31, 2024 Breeders’ Cup sits on approximately $109 MILLION IN HIGHLY LIQUID RESERVES and growing.
Think about that.
MORE THAN $100 MILLION.
While owners struggle with costs.
Breeders struggle.
Trainers struggle.
Tracks struggle.
Aftercare needs money.
Foal crops decline.
Handle struggles.
And the 99% keeps getting handed the bill.
WHERE THE HELL IS THE MONEY GOING?
Why are enormously wealthy industry institutions functioning as bankers to HISA while the industry they’re supposedly here to support is fighting for its future?
Why was TJC’s $1.85 million forgiven?
What exactly does Breeders’ Cup still have outstanding with HISA?
And why are organizations sitting on tens upon tens of millions of dollars while telling the people actually funding this sport that WE need to keep paying more?
This is what they have badly miscalculated.
THE 99% IS STARTING TO UNDERSTAND THE MONEY.
And we’re angry.
Very angry.
We don’t want another Q&A.
OPEN THE BOOKS.
Explain the loans.
Explain the forgiveness.
Explain the reserves.
And then explain to the 99% why organizations sitting on enormous financial resources aren’t doing dramatically more to help save the industry that created their wealth in the first place.
THE MONEY IS THERE.
THE 99% WANTS TO KNOW WHY IT ISN’T GETTING TO THE SPORT THAT NEEDS IT.
WE’RE DONE JUST PAYING THE BILL!
REFORM IS COMING! Repost and speak out.
@hisa_us@LisaLazarusCEO@BreedersCup@jockeyclub
🚨🚨 THE 1% THOUGHT THEY COULD DO NOTHING AND WAIT US OUT. BIG MISTAKE. 🚨🚨
THE 99% IS ABOUT TO GET A WHOLE LOT LOUDER.
Maybe they thought we’d get tired.
Maybe they thought they could ignore us long enough and we’d eventually go away.
THEY MISJUDGED THE 99%.
Our Public Awareness Campaign is preparing for its BIGGEST EXPANSION YET.
Our advertising in Daily Racing Form and Indian Charlie will continue.
But now, Dianne and I are preparing to take our message BEYOND THE RACING BUBBLE AND INTO THE NATIONAL SPOTLIGHT.
We are currently working on advertising opportunities with:
POLITICO.
THE HILL.
THE WALL STREET JOURNAL.
USA TODAY.
AXIOS.
LEXINGTON AND LOUISVILLE DIGITAL AND POSTER BILLBOARDS.
The questions we’ve been asking inside horse racing are about to reach a much bigger audience.
THE 1% CAN’T SILENCE US.
THEY CAN’T WAIT US OUT.
AND THEY CAN’T SINGLE HANDEDLY DECIDE THAT THE 99% DOESN’T MATTER.
This movement belongs to the aftercare organizations, owners, trainers, breeders, horseplayers, backstretch workers, fans and everyone else who believes our sport deserves transparency, accountability and meaningful reform.
Now we need everyone’s help.
IMPORTANT: 👉DON'T JUST LIKE OUR X POSTS, REPOST OUR X POSTS.
Every repost expands our reach. Every repost brings new eyes to the issues. Every repost makes the voice of the 99% harder to ignore.
WE AREN’T BACKING DOWN.
WE AREN’T SLOWING DOWN.
WE’RE EXPANDING.
And never forget why we’re doing this:
❤️WE LOVE OUR SPORT❤️
WE LOVE IT TOO MUCH TO SIT QUIETLY WHILE THE 1% DECIDES ITS FUTURE FOR THE OTHER 99%.
THE FIGHT MOVES ON.
THE 99% IS READY.
REFORM IS COMING!
@hisa_us@LisaLazarusCEO@keeneland@jockeyclub@BreedersCup@NTRA
🚨 THEY CONTROLLED THE MONEY. THEY CONTROLLED THE MESSAGE. NOW THEY’VE LOST CONTROL OF THE QUESTIONS, INCLUDING PERHAPS THE BIGGEST ONE OF ALL: IS ALL OF THIS EVEN LEGAL? 🚨
For years, a small group at the top of horse racing has had enormous influence over the money, the organizations and the message.
But they don’t control the questions anymore.
THE 99% DO.
What is the FULL financial relationship between HISA, The Jockey Club and Breeders’ Cup?
Why were loans made to HISA, and why was $1.85 million from The Jockey Club forgiven?
What loans and credit facilities remain outstanding today?
How independent are these organizations when money, leadership, relationships and influence repeatedly intersect?
Why hasn’t there been a truly independent investigation into the serious data and security questions that have been raised?
And why do legitimate questions keep producing carefully crafted statements and Q&As instead of documents, disclosure and transparency?
Then there is the question that may ultimately matter most:
ARE ALL OF THESE ARRANGEMENTS, FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIPS AND PRACTICES ACTUALLY LEGAL AND CONSISTENT WITH THE LAW, BYLAWS AND GOVERNING RULES?
That’s not an accusation.
It’s a very real question.
And here’s a little preview of what comes next.
Today, the 99% control the questions. Soon, we intend to have a much bigger voice in the message.
Beginning next weekend, our National Public Awareness Campaign starts growing.
More people will see the questions.
More people will understand the money.
More people will learn about the relationships.
And more people will start demanding answers.
This was never about making noise on X.
It’s about getting the 99% to where we ultimately need to be heard, whether that is before Congress, before regulators, or in a courtroom.
The possibility of a courtroom isn’t hypothetical. Mike Repole @RepoleStable has already publicly announced plans to take legal action against major racing organizations, including The Jockey Club, Breeders’ Cup and NTRA.
If that happens, carefully crafted Q&As and press releases, and answers where we don’t know who is answering won’t be enough. Discovery, documents, depositions and testimony under oath can start answering the questions the 99% have been asking. I’m talking real answers not scripted answers.
That is an entirely different world from issuing another carefully crafted press release or Q&A.
They had the money.
They had the message.
Now we have the questions.
And through our ad campaign, soon, a much bigger audience will hear the message.
THE 99% AREN’T GOING AWAY.
WE’RE JUST GETTING LOUDER.
REFORM IS COMING. Repost and speak out.
@hisa_us@LisaLazarusCEO@jockeyclub@NTRA@BreedersCup
🚨THEY IGNORED THE WARNINGS. THE FAILURES FOLLOWED.
WE’VE WAITED LONG ENOUGH. 30 DAYS. 9 FAIR ASKS. NO MORE EXCUSES.🚨
In the very early stages of speaking out, nearly seven months ago, we set deadlines for racing’s establishment to address some of the serious issues facing our sport.
Those deadlines went unanswered.
They mostly chose silence.
Now look where we are.
Over the months that followed, problems that could no longer be ignored came to the surface. Failures were exposed. Questions multiplied. Confidence eroded.
We’ve waited long enough.
There are many changes needed, but let’s start with three very fair asks for each.
THE JOCKEY CLUB
1.Lead the effort to make Thoroughbred aftercare permanently funded.
2.End the monopoly. Spin off its commercial divisions, create real independence and competition, and establish an independent commissioner to lead and oversee the sport.
3.Stop protecting HISA. Support a truly independent investigation.
BREEDERS’ CUP
1.Make a far greater financial commitment to aftercare.
2. Help struggling racing jurisdictions, including Southern California.
3.Put more of its financial resources back into the sport.
HISA
1.Submit to a truly independent investigation and answer the serious questions about management, spending and data security.
2.Fix the system to provide real due process. Innocent until proven guilty.
3.Cut HISA’s excessive costs in half.
These aren’t extreme demands. They are very fair asks.
@jockeyclub , @BreedersCup and @hisa_us should publicly address them over the next 30 days and show racing’s 99% that they are actually being handled.
And the timing of this deadline matters.
Historically, the September through November period is when we have seen their next round of IRS Form 990 filings become available. The 2025 filings should give racing’s 99% another opportunity to follow the money, executive compensation, reserves, spending and how much was actually put back into our industry.
We’ve spent months examining the previous filings.
Let’s just say the 2025 numbers will have our full attention.
And HISA needs to understand something else: if it cannot make meaningful changes, and make them quickly, then it’s time to shut it down and bring racing back to the states. Frankly, that’s about where we are right now, the 99% no longer supports HISA.
Nearly seven months ago, all three chose to ignore the calls for change.
That was a mistake.
Our national public awareness ad campaign is underway, and it has already proven effective.
Over the next 30 days, those ads will continue to run at our pace. We are not pausing the campaign while we wait for answers.
What happens after those 30 days is up to The Jockey Club, Breeders’ Cup and HISA.
If they again choose silence, delay and the status quo, we are prepared to dramatically ramp up the campaign and take it to levels this industry has never seen before.
But understand this: we would much rather put every dollar we are prepared to spend expanding this campaign directly back into Thoroughbred racing and the horses and people who depend on it.
Show racing’s 99% that meaningful change is happening, and we can put those resources toward helping our industry.
Choose silence, delay and the status quo again, and those resources will go toward expanding the public awareness campaign.
It really is that simple. It’s their choice.
30 days. The clock starts now.
REFORM IS COMING! Repost and speak out.
@hisa_us@LisaLazarusCEO@BreedersCup@jockeyclub
🚨 THE ESTABLISHMENT HEARS US. HORSE RACING’S 99% CAN NO LONGER BE IGNORED.🚨
For too long, The Jockey Club, Breeders’ Cup, HISA and a small circle of powerful insiders shaped the direction of this sport while the majority were expected to accept it, fund it and stay quiet.
Those days are ending. OUR VOICE IS BEING HEARD.
The conversation has changed. Money is being scrutinized. Conflicts are being questioned. Transparency and accountability are being demanded.
People like Mike Repole @RepoleStable paved the way by publicly challenging the status quo and giving others the confidence to speak up.
From the horse and buggy, to 250 Park Avenue, to our National Public Awareness Advertising Campaign, we’ve found new ways to take the facts directly to the industry.
Dianne and I have done much more than criticize.
We’ve laid out what we believe are keys to racing’s future: things like dramatically strengthening aftercare, helping struggling jurisdictions like Southern California rebuild, and giving the 99% a real voice.
And after everything we’ve learned and everything that’s come to light, it will take strength in numbers, but today we can see a path to the day when HISA is repealed and racing can move forward with something better.
And on a personal note, this fight is part of who we are.
Our family has fought for people whose voices weren’t being heard for decades, led by our late father, Ed Masry.
We know how to build awareness. We know how to stand our ground. And we know how to win.
Our strength comes from our numbers, our voices and, most importantly, FACTS.
Every post matters. Every question matters. Every repost on X strengthens our collective voice.
They woke up an industry that had been quiet for far too long.
We’re informed. We’re engaged. We’re growing.
And we’re moving upward.
This isn’t about tearing horse racing down.
It’s about making horse racing BETTER, more transparent, accountable and representative of the people who make this sport possible.
THE 99% HAVE FOUND THEIR VOICE.
We’re just getting started.
REFORM IS COMING! Repost and speak out.
@hisa_us@LisaLazarusCEO@jockeyclub@BreedersCup
🚨THE PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN CONTINUES.🚨
This weekend, our advocacy ads (see below) will once again appear in the Daily Racing Form and the Indian Charlie newsletter.
We’re going to keep getting the message out for as long as it takes to make a difference.
Racing’s establishment has had the microphone for decades. It’s time the owners, horsemen, bettors and fans who make up the other 99% have a voice too.
We’re not going away.
We’re not slowing down.
The 99% is alive and well and getting louder.
Please repost and help us keep spreading the message.
REFORM IS COMING. Repost and speak out.
@jockeyclub@hisa_us@LisaLazarusCEO
🚨THE JOCKEY CLUB: 7 MONTHS. TWO BUFFETS. ZERO RESULTS.🚨
This started for me on January 27, after The Jockey Club published what I believed was an ill advised open letter to our industry attacking owner Mike Repole, someone who has invested heavily in this sport and has done nothing but try to make racing better.
Instead of attacking someone demanding change, maybe The Jockey Club should have listened.
Because seven months later, I’m still publicly asking The Jockey Club to step up and address the REAL problems facing American horse racing.
WHAT HAVE WE GOTTEN?
Oaklawn: A fabulous full on buffet lunch with almost no substance.
Saratoga: A breakfast meeting that gets a C-minus at best, and without a few of the speakers, it would have been a failing grade.
Enough meetings. Enough talking.
WHERE ARE THE RESULTS?
❌ No lifetime aftercare plan for every Thoroughbred.
❌ No meaningful plan to help struggling racing jurisdictions like Southern California.
❌ No meaningful movement toward releasing racing data to owners, horseplayers and the public.
❌ No serious plan to address declining foal crops and shrinking field sizes.
❌ No meaningful strategy to bring new owners into racing.
❌ No meaningful plan to make ownership more affordable and sustainable.
❌ No meaningful plan to grow the fan base or bring younger people into racing.
❌ No serious effort to reduce the fragmentation that continues to cripple this sport.
❌ No meaningful increase in transparency or accountability from the organizations that claim to lead racing.
❌ No acknowledgment of the growing disconnect between racing’s leadership and the owners, trainers, breeders, bettors and workers who actually support this industry.
And then there is HISA.
The Jockey Club pushed HISA on us as hard as it possibly could.
They advocated for it. They helped create the momentum for it. They financially supported it. They forgave loans to it.
HISA has become an embarrassment for the industry. The @jockeyclub pushed it relentlessly. So where is the accountability now?
Where is the apology to the industry?
Where is the demand for accountability?
Where is the independent investigation?
Where is the demand for answers about our data?
Where is the leadership?
Imagine if The Jockey Club fought this hard for aftercare, owners, bettors, struggling racetracks, declining foal crops, transparency and growing the sport as it fought to impose HISA.
We might actually be headed in the right direction.
Instead, seven months later, we have had meetings, speeches and buffets.
BUT WHAT HAS ACTUALLY CHANGED?
The answer is painfully simple:
NOTHING MATERIAL.
The people who fund and sustain this sport deserve more than another meeting.
WE DESERVE RESULTS.
REFORM IS COMING! Repost and speak out.
@hisa_us@LisaLazarusCEO
🤡MEET THE CLOWN SHOW THAT HELPED FUND HISA.🤡
THE JOCKEY CLUB.
BREEDERS’ CUP.
NTRA.
They didn’t just cheer HISA on.
THEY LOANED IT MONEY.
They helped finance the experiment. They promoted it. They defended it.
And now that HISA has become a bloated, expensive mess?
Everybody suddenly wants distance from the FAILURE.
You helped create it.
You helped fund it.
NOW OWN THE FAILURE AND HELP END IT.
@jockeyclub@hisa_us@LisaLazarusCEO@BreedersCup@NTRA
THE HORSE AND BUGGY POLICE STRIKE AGAIN.
On June 25, I called out the NYRA/Jockey Club silks rules as outdated bureaucracy.
Now @BradWeisbord says @stoolpresidente Dave Portnoy’s silks had to be CHANGED to comply.
You can’t make this stuff up.
Below is my detailed June 25 post laying out this exact issue, the rules, restrictions and bureaucracy owners face just to wear their own colors.
Horse racing needs MORE personalities, MORE creativity, MORE fun and MORE owners like Portnoy bringing attention to the sport.
Instead, we’re policing silks.
It’s 2026. HEY @jockeyclub and @TheNYRA GET OUT OF THE OWNERS WAY!
🚨THE JOCKEY CLUB JUST SHOWED US AGAIN WHO GETS A SEAT AT THEIR TABLE.
Ten new members announced today. (see press release below)
Where are the younger voices? The small and mid-sized owners? The bettors? The everyday horsemen? The people from outside racing’s same established circles?
Apparently they’re still outside the VELVET ROPE.
Existing members nominate candidates. The Board of Stewards elects them. The circle chooses the next circle.
And this is an organization that exercises enormous influence over the direction of American horse racing.
You cannot claim to be leading racing into the future while operating like an exclusive private club from the past.
Same system. Same circles. Same mentality.
And finally, a sincere THANK YOU to The Jockey Club.
Our National Industry Awareness Ad Campaign continues this week, and you just handed us more material for the next round of ads.
We couldn’t have illustrated the problem any better ourselves.
Keep giving us the content.
We’ll keep buying the ink.

🚨 CHURCHILL DOWNS BROKE THE SILENCE. NOW WE FIND OUT WHO’S PROTECTING RACING’S 99% AND WHO’S PROTECTING HISA.🚨
Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby, has formally called on the @FTC for an independent review of HISA’s governance, information security, disclosure practices and integrity concerns.
GOOD.
We recently sent two letters of our own to the FTC, shared them on X and with select members of Congress.
Now Churchill Downs is demanding what this industry deserves:
HISA CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO INVESTIGATE HISA.
So where is everyone else?
NYRA?
Del Mar?
1/ST Racing?
Keeneland?
Every other racetrack in America?
This is YOUR industry too. I know some of you on this list will step up, but it needs to be all of you.
SPEAK UP.
And where are the organizations supposedly representing the industry?
NTRA?
The Jockey Club?
Breeders’ Cup?
They should be standing with the 99% of this industry demanding transparency and accountability.
But there’s an elephant in the room:
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
NTRA and Breeders’ Cup have had financial relationships with HISA, including loans.
And The Jockey Club?
They aggressively pushed for HISA and FORGAVE A $1.85 MILLION LOAN TO HISA.
At this point, THE JOCKEY CLUB and HISA might as well be SPOONING. 🥄🥄
How can organizations financially and institutionally intertwined with HISA be expected to lead the charge demanding accountability from HISA?
IF THAT ISN’T A CONFLICT WORTH TALKING ABOUT, WHAT IS?
Churchill Downs stepped forward.
@RepoleStable stepped forward.
The 99% stepped forward.
Now it’s time for the rest of the industry to decide where it stands.
STAND WITH THE PEOPLE WHO FUND THIS INDUSTRY AND DEMAND AN INDEPENDENT REVIEW, OR EXPLAIN WHY YOU WON’T.
THE SILENCE IS BECOMING AN ANSWER.
@jockeyclub@BreedersCup@NTRA@hisa_us@LisaLazarusCEO@1st_racing@keeneland@ChurchillDowns@AFergusonFTC@TheNYRA@DelMarRacing@TampaBayDownsFL@HSIndyRacing
You know this game is f$&ked up when you trust @marshallgramm and @swifttkirk ten times more than you trust @hisa_us and the Stewards of the @Jockeyclub!!!!!
Who do you trust more??? 🤔
🚨 THE JOCKEY CLUB: HAVE YOU EVEN BEEN PAYING ATTENTION? 🚨
The @jockeyclub helped champion the legislation that gave this industry HISA. You told horse racing this was the answer.
Have you been watching what has happened since?
Costs have exploded. Serious questions surround technology and data security. Confidence has eroded. And horsemen continue to raise fundamental concerns about DUE PROCESS FOR THE ACCUSED while livelihoods and reputations hang in the balance.
Yet The Jockey Club continues to stand behind HISA.
ENOUGH.
Jim Gagliano and Everett Dobson: leadership means admitting when something you championed has gone terribly wrong.
It is time for both of you to publicly CONDEMN HISA and demand accountability for the job Lisa Lazarus has done as President & CEO.
The silence and blind support have gone on long enough.
THE JOCKEY CLUB HELPED GIVE US HISA. NOW TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT IT HAS BECOME.
@hisa_us@LisaLazarusCEO
🚨 OH MY! THE JOCKEY CLUB NEEDS TO COME CLEAN ABOUT UKRAINE. NOW.
The Jockey Club wants everyone to know its systems weren’t breached in the Marshall Gramm scandal.
That’s not good enough.
The Jockey Club acknowledged a “HISA API integration.” Its InCompass/Equibase ecosystem supplies critical racing and veterinary data into HISA.
Now listen to Ukrainian engineer Anton Aleksandrovych describe his HISA work through KoderShop:
“One of my key tasks was developing the architecture of the central Runners Data dataset. This is the foundation of the entire system…”
He says it aggregates race results, veterinary restrictions and horse activity and:
“Today we process more than 3 MILLION RECORDS, which are regularly synchronized, updated and supplemented.”
STOP RIGHT THERE.
The Jockey Club/InCompass → HISA → KoderShop Ukraine → MILLIONS OF RECORDS.
So don’t just tell us Marshall Gramm didn’t breach The Jockey Club.
TELL US WHERE OUR DATA WENT.
How much Jockey Club/InCompass/Equibase derived data was accessible to KoderShop personnel in Ukraine?
Did that include confidential veterinary data?
Could Ukrainian personnel access live production data?
IMPORTANT…Did it include ANY personally identifiable information?
Where was it physically stored?
And let’s not forget…INCOMPASS STORES A LOT OF OUR PERSONAL AND BANKING DATA and we need to know answers about that. And no half truths @jockeyclub .
The Marshall Gramm scandal proved HISA’s controls could fail.
The Jockey Club is deeply intertwined with this data ecosystem. It doesn’t get to point at HISA and walk away.
COME CLEAN.
Exactly how much of the industry’s data was accessible from Ukraine and WHO authorized it?
@hisa_us@LisaLazarusCEO
🚨 THE NATIONAL PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN. 🚨
Our first ad is running right now https://t.co/GdZgqNSU4b . Tomorrow, many more begin appearing across other horse racing platforms.
I guarantee you won't miss them.
If you see one, take a picture. Screenshot it. Post it. Share it. Let's see how far this campaign can travel.
Why are we doing this?
Because when organizations refuse to meaningfully engage with the people who fund, participate in and wager on this industry, eventually you have to take the questions directly to the public.
@hisa_us . @jockeyclub . @BreedersCup .
All three will be part of this National Public Awareness Campaign.
For months, we have received virtually NO meaningful dialogue from these organizations. Maybe they believe Dianne and I are nobody's. That's fine. This was never supposed to be about us.
It's about all of us.
They can ignore an X account. They can ignore questions. They can issue statements that say very little and hope everyone moves on.
But they cannot ignore an entire industry once people start paying attention.
We're going to put the facts, the spending, the decisions and the unanswered questions directly in front of horseplayers, owners, trainers, breeders and racing fans across America.
Then YOU decide whether the industry deserves better.
This is going to get uncomfortable for organizations that have become far too comfortable with silence.
Here we go. The National Public Awareness Campaign is LIVE.
🚨 THE NATIONAL PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN IS OFF TO A GREAT START.🚨
Our message is now appearing on the @DailyRacingForm website, reaching the owners, trainers, breeders, bettors and racing fans who make this industry go.
And we are just getting started.
The goal is simple: take this campaign far beyond X and put the FACTS directly in front of the horse racing public.
More publications. More websites. More ads. More eyeballs.
You cannot ignore a message when it is everywhere.
We are prepared to do what it takes to make a difference, to keep raising awareness, reaching more people and pushing for meaningful reform.
If you see one of our ads, take a screenshot and post it.
The National Public Awareness Campaign is officially underway.
REFORM IS COMING. Repost and speak out.
@hisa_us@jockeyclub@BreedersCup@LisaLazarusCEO
