Last day in Tenerife. Spent the day in Porto delayed la Cruz, walking along the beach front, shopping and sampling local food with @stevemceleney, Teresa and Alan.

Amazing day exploring #Teide National Park and volcano. The views from the top of the cable car (3,555 metres) were stunning.

Today visited the Botanical Gardens on the beautiful island of Tenerife. Such and amazing variety of plants and trees. One of my favourites was the flower from a banana tree.

Thank you to the staff at #DorsetCountyHospital and #SWAST who took such good care of my Mum yesterday evening. Mum is back home and feeling much better.

Sight seeing continued with a trip to Los Gigantes on the west of #Tenerife Island. What a journey with lots of hair pin bends. But the views were worth the journey.
