As seen on the BBC 1 program, “The Sheriffs Are Coming” | We can help you with debt recovery, as well as evictions of tenants, trespassers, and even horses!
@buymymorning__@MrTrevorBaker@Conor_Birch@scooter878@wizzair Hi guys! If any of you would like to instruct a bailiff from the High Court to recover the money for you, drop us a DM for more info - we have had a lot of experience dealing with Wizz Air Ltd.
Had a great morning in the North East Lincs archive.
Totally unrelated to what I’m reasearching, but - bailiffs took this gentleman’s bucket of lard!
@SophieMHistory
By law, a bailiff cannot use violence against a debtor. This is stated under Schedule 12 of the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
If you have been assaulted by a bailiff, you should contact the police and make a claim for compensation.
@UkPolitoons@MGoodwinFreeman@MayorofLondon Here are my injuries from my encounter with the bailiff. I protested about his decision to clamp my vehicle and he proceeded to wrap the chains on my left foot.
Do you know what to do if a bailiff has mistakenly removed an item belonging to someone other than the debtor?

@jasoncampbell6@SPRKeith@SP_EnergyPeople Hi there @jasoncampbell6! I work for a bailiff company and, by law, a bailiff cannot enter your house if only the children are present, as stated in section 73 of the National Standards for Taking Control of Goods.

@AaronBastani@novaramedia We are a private bailiff company, and just wanted to add that not only is this ropey stuff, but also this paints a very bad image for the rest of us genuine bailiffs out there. If our bailiffs did this, they would be sacked immediately.
@Lau52843943@opodolovers@opodo Hi there @Lau52843943! If you would like to instruct a bailiff from the High Court to enforce your CCJ, drop us a DM for more info. Our guys are the same ones you see on the BBC 1 program, "The Sheriffs Are Coming"!

@ifoundtheflower @TenRedPencils Hi there @TenRedPencils! I work for a bailiff company and, by law, bailiffs are not allowed to force entry or intimidate you into making any payment arrangements - especially if you are classed as vulnerable. If they do, please make sure to report them. All the best, Ellie.

@nikkiharg Hi @nikkiharg! I work for a bailiff company, and I strongly recommend that your friend makes a complaint against the bailiffs in question as this type of behaviour goes against sections 26 & 27 of the National Standards for Taking Control of Goods.
