@AXAHealth Yea, stressed and overwhelmed trying to get you to pay for the claim you pre-authorised while simultaneously trying to recover from major surgery, and trying not to worry about the £162.50 that you refuse to cover, despite pre-authorising it.

@AXAHealth called in to pre-auth a payment. Made the payment, sent in the receipt. Was assured you'd send a cheque, now all of a sudden you write to say you won't pay. £162.50. Really??? Cannot get through on the phone. Please help.

@networkrail no prior warning of loud engineering works taking place at 3am in Palmers Green, waking the whole estate. Aren't you supposed to notify railway neighbours of any disruptive works?
