hi @YRDSB, im a third year student at Laurier and have been researching mental health education in schools. Do you have any insights of ways that your schools go about educating students and teachers on the topic? #EM203Mueller
I really enjoyed using twitter as a source of communication and a way to share my creativity. EM203 has taught me many new things about learning and interacting in a new way that is different from other courses #Em203Mueller
When looking for ways to increase education on mental health, a school-wide assembly is beneficial. Also, you can chat with students one on one, or bring in professionals to talk about the subject! Education is key to diminishing the stigma!

@EM203MStregger I know from my own experience that being a student, I barely get sleep! The effects of not getting enough sleep can be detrimental to a healthy education as well as personal health. #EM203problems.

@EM203_katieb In today's world, technology plays such a major role. Every year, children start using these different gadgets younger and younger. How do you think it will affect their learning?
@EM203ZHijazi Although I knew that multitasking was not effective for me, this task REALLY allowed me to analyze and demonstrate that I cannot multitask. From now on, when trying to do a task, I will no longer be listening to music!
@drish_em203 From only being in week 4, this course is like no other that I have taken. It is very hands on - which encourages my learning. So far, I'm loving it!
@EM203SMorgan I completely agree! Before taking this course, I was no educated on all of the different learning theories. Going through all of them, I feel as though I learn by doing. How about you?
@em203kbattglia Never have I used a class wiki before, but I have to say, I feel as though it has influenced my learning for the better. it is an amazing way to divide the class and make the most out all of our participation.
So far, I have loved my #EM203Mueller course! In the first week, we created cartoons to get to know the other classmates! I loved this as it was a fun way to get to know my peers! Last week, we learned about the different learning theories! Excited to keep learning in EM203!
When doing the Multi-Tasking memory task, it was difficult to memorize a list of words when having music playing, my phone on loud, and having Netflix playing! To improve my memorization, a quiet space is best! #EM203Mueller#week3multitasking
