@TUIUK on hold for an hour to get through to an advisor to be put on hold again to then be hung up on, to then ring back sit in a queue to then be told you're now closed 😡 can anyone help me please with my urgent issue?

@Pandora_UK I ordered a pair of earrings this week and they were delivered and are bent and damaged before even taking them out of the box - I'm not happy with the poor quality!

You say you've made the necessary follow ups however the necessary follow up was to email me with my support case and actions which has not been done. Therefore I would say none of the necessary follow ups have actually been completed that you are stating have been done?

@FitbitSupport why have I been waiting 19 days for someone just to initially email me about my fitbit support case? Absolutely shocking customer service, every time I reach out I'm reassured someone will be in touch yet here we are 19 days down the line..

During this pandemic a lot of people are working from home for safety and as per government guidelines. Will customers of talktalk be reimbursed payment relevant to the loss of Internet access time?🤔
