@zalando_uk Hi. I placed an order on Monday and paid for express delivery however my delivery has been split in 2 and the item I actually wanted by the end of the week is going to take another 2 to 4 to arrive. How has this happened when I paid for express? Thanks
@virginmedia Hi. I recently got a new mobile phone (samsung s9, previously samsung A5) and when I try to turn call waiting on it says 'failed to read data'. This service worked fine on my old phone. Do you know why I get this error?

@LNER Hey. I'm trying to book travel for Friday 2nd August and return on Sunday 4th August. The LNER website says travel is not available for Sunday 4th however it is available on cross country's website. Do you know why this is?

@LNER Hi. I have been trying to book a return for 16/2 from NCL to KGX for the last month but it still says I'm too early to book yet the website says travel is available up to 29/3. Do you know why please? I don't want to miss out on the early, cheaper tickets

@easyJet I raised a compensation claim on 26 may because of a re routed flight resulting in an 8 hour delay and extra personal cost due to missed onward travel. I have still not had a response to this. Please could I get an update? Case ref: 102866047
