@EngelsNichlas puts in the big effort at @advancedphoton@argonne and NSLSII @BrookhavenLab during monster data collection runs. Head down / stay positive. He w/ @sp_harris1 lab are uncovering the roll of MyBPC to the regulation of force production. Loads more projects incoming!
Day 12, 230am. It is Finished! We are out of samples! The monster beamline run is over! What a ride! So many things accomplished over 2 continents and beamlines. Mouse hearts, human hearts, various skeletal muscles, cardiac strips, zebra fish, MARP proteins...214 hours of work.
Day 10/11. Heavy lifting back at NSLSII at BNL. Some hiccups on the way: RIP special ABs at Newark customs. But lots of success on several other projects! @KhoiD_Nguyen, @EngelsNichlas, Rachel Sadler, and Brad Palmer Crew working at max capacity! Final 40 hour push starts now.
And we are three days in! So many pappilary muscles. Progress ok! Now a quick shower, pack a bag, prep a few more samples, and then straight to the plane for the Hamburg run at @desy! See you soon @mikuehn8!
