Renewal season. Four questions, for us and anyone else: how many places change when a booth changes? Live inventory or a PDF? All-in price at our count? Can we see our own event before signing?
What a weekend in Las Vegas!
IMEX America 2026 was an incredible opportunity to connect with event professionals, exchange ideas, and see firsthand where the future of the events industry is headed.
From inspiring conversations to innovative technology, one thing is clear: the way we plan, connect, and deliver events is evolving.
And ENVNT is here for it!
A huge thank you to everyone we met along the way. We're just getting started!

@IAEE_HQ CEM Week at the Huntington Convention Center, with networking at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, sounds like a great week in Cleveland. Well done to the IAEE team and everyone who took part.
Week 6: late booth moves stop reaching the site. Week 4: sponsor deliverables live in an inbox. Week 2: three exhibitor lists in circulation. Week 0: somebody rebuilds it by hand at midnight.
Exhibitor list, floor map, agenda, speakers, sponsors. Your website is a view of records you already keep. Render it from them and it stops going stale.
