@MerseyPolice Local Authorities across England Scotland and Wales have a legal responsibility to support victims fleeing domestic abuse to relocate and be accommodated if suitable there in no need for a local connection the Authorities must complete a full housing assessment by law.

@Plusnet can I offer advice when contacting customer services, customers record calls due to several instances where due to issues the ombudsman have been required to intervene due to GDPR violations and instances always advise them you are recording calls.
