@hcldr T4 - there is so much opportunity with asynchronous comms in empowering patient/caregivers. Think an opportunity with AI can guide the content accordingly. Also using #PtExp signals can help guide the content to ensure it is impactful -and proactively share content needed. #hcldr

T4 Asynchronous patient communication can be very helpful. In some cases it allows patients to check-in at convenient times for them increasing ability to maintain plans. It takes a great clinical support team and time to manage this type of communication. #hcldr
