@UberEats My food was ice cold. The guy picked it up no more than a mile away from my house and took more than 40 minutes to get to me. Then your app will not permit me to talk to anybody. I want my money back!

@uber do you guys care that your map is wrong? Every time you come to pick me up your map is wrong and the driver goes to the wrong place. It gives them the wrong numerical address and then the gate guards give him a hard time cuz he doesn't have the right address.

@uber why are you recently refusing to pick me up and drop me off at my actual location? I know you know what a two-way street is. You can map them in such a way that they would drop me actually in front of my place. It's not the driver's fault. It's your fault. You routed them.
