Real estate market and economy is K shape for sure.

I have 2 buyers under contract buying with cash for second homes, 2 sellers under contract that had to be very aggressive to get offers eventually accepted. Then 2 more listing sitting in the lower price range.

Being close to work was a priority and finding something that will work for good resale in the future as life change is as a priority and this house and location checked all the boxes.
