There are several groups of people who are "sick" of the Malfoid trend.

Aside from the usual mix of leftists, feminists, trans activists, and anti JK Rowling weirdos, there is now a certain group of right-wing people who are sick of it.

Mainly, these are the "actual" far right, anti-Semites, and actual Nazi supporters. Many of these also hate women, are real incels, and some only fantasize about anime women. Many of these also hate all female VTubers and female content creators. Some of these people have the down emoji like this🔻to signify their loyalty to Palestine or something. They find the whole "yearning" to be particularly off-putting.

Other right-wing people who are sick of it are those who take their "political activism" too seriously... those who think "genderbending" is weird, or that anime is "satanic"... those who think that the trend is drowning out their intellectual right wing over-philosophizing.

Basically, all the "mah serious discourse" clowns who forgot how to have fun online.
