I just merged a PR for the .NET version of @EventuateIO Eventuate Tram (https://t.co/XOHi7Nypc0) that uses Github Actions to build, test, and publish a Nuget package. I also build and ran locally on my Mac. I've learned a lot in the 90 minutes!
