Blue bin has not collected since before Christmas. Absolutely shambolic service. Meanwhile, several weeks worth of recycling taken to the dump & will no doubt end up in landfill. Enfield is supposedly committed to recycling!

In a letter dated 10.1, my complaint about poor performance of waste collection services was upheld. Complaint Response COM 101000624004. Apparently, my waste collection is being monitored for 6 wks. Shame to be starting 2024 with more of the same
@British_Airways When paying 3k for two seats, being able to select your seats in advance should be included as standard. The point here, though, is that this was a special assistance request, & I was made to feel I should be grateful for being given 'free' seat allocation!
@British_Airways imagine accompanying your mum who needs special assistance and when booking, being told multiple times, that you're being allocated seats FOC, as though you should be grateful. When paying over 3k to travel economy, seat selection in advance should not require ยฃ!

Meanwhile, damage is being caused to my property.Fixing the same pothole less than 6 wks after 1st done is an absurd waste.

Earloer today one of your cash points at Central Milton Keynes train station was reporting incorrect pin entered, despite correct number being put in.
I haven't used an ATM for a very long time so checked my pin in my bank app. That's how I know I used correct pin
