Why can’t I not speak to a person at @virginmedia. Been trying to fix an issue with my TV service but each time I call and report the issue I get sent a text message on how to fix the fault, which clearly does not work as I have to keep ringing to try and resolve the issue.

@virginmedia I’ve run these tests again and get the same error message. None of the serial numbers relate to the serial numbers I have on my boxes, but to add it’s only one of my boxes that the remote is intermittently unresponsive

@virginmedia Remote control intermittently unresponsive, having to wait some time before a channel is changed or to select a channel, Apps intermittently not working, keep getting error codes saying channel unavailable. Have rebooted the system and changed batteries in remote with no success
