The 💥 💥 s For Today
Finish Each Day And Be Done With It
@F3Nation
💥 Today is Another Chance To Get It Right.
💥 Life Is Full Of Give And Take. Give Thanks And Take Nothing For Granted
💥 You Are Not What Has Happened To You. You Are What You Choose To Become.
Tua talked about his faith after the Bills loss. Not surprisingly, it hasn’t gone viral or even been shared on any sports broadcast that I’ve seen. It’s interesting how sports media wants athletes to speak out on everything off the field except religion:
You are 100% replaceable at WORK.
You’re NOT replaceable at HOME.
If you died tomorrow your job would replace you in a week or less.
Your family would NEVER get over it.
Home is your real life.
Keep that perspective.
Work hard but be FULLY PRESENT when you’re home.
What do you do when you don’t meet the standard? Do you sulk and quit? Do you blame others or the circumstances? Why not, and hear me out, work harder and try again? Let your failure inspire your improvement. Failure is a waypoint, not an endpoint.
The only excuse you have for not getting it in is because you and you alone chose to not get it in.
You chose something over working out and then you chose to make an excuse as to why you didn’t work out. What you need to do is choose to change your mentality!
Stay hard!
I’ve been lying to everyone
“I’m sorry to hear that I’m praying for you”
I’d never actually pray
Here is the next move I’m making to grow in my Faith ❤️
The 💥 💥 s For Today
@F3Nation
Don’t talk about it, be about
Throw kindness around like confetti
Being happy doesn’t mean that everything is perfect.
It means that you’ve decided to look beyond the imperfections
Conclusion
Never blame anyone in your life.
Your wife, your children, your church, your co-workers, your community... ALL of them will benefit from you being more physically and mentally tough.
@F3Nation
There are plenty of days that you may not be “feeling it”. Your “feelings” are biased toward perceived self-preservation and protection.
You aren’t here to be safe and comfy. You’re here to be tested and tried, and to overcome.
Get to work. Discipline > motivation.
@F3Nation
Today, I will give my all.
I will push myself physically and exert discipline over my thoughts and deeds.
I will seek to help all with whom I come in contact.
I will ask for help myself from my Creator and from people I trust.
I will give my all.

“Do what you can, where you are, with what you have.”
–Teddy Roosevelt.
Instead of focusing on all the “could have beens,” focus on what you can do right now with the resources available to you.
There are 100's of passages of Scripture on the role of men in the church, family and society.
But there's only ONE passage that sums it all up.
Let's take a look at the 5 commands God gives to men.
