It makes sense that you would want men of similar competency to share leadership with. The Gloom is one of the most effective demonstration labs for this.

I got to celebrate my 12th anniversary with @F3Nation this morning.
On the menu? Surviving one of the most epic storms alongside some of the planet's best dudes.
The irony wasn't lost on me... After 12 years, I've learned the storms are usually the moments you remember most and you never ever ever ever have to go alone.
Wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else x 1000. Love these men.
Blessed to be,
Huck L. Berry
In @F3Nation, we often define it as Courageous Love, and we agree, Masculinity cannot be toxic. What we are seeing in that case is Masculinism. Much like Feminism, it starts as a good intention, hollows out the truth, and leaves wreckage behind.
If I attempt to lead alone, then those I serve are (by default) subject to my weaknesses, blind spots, biases, etc.
It is only by combining my leadership and skills with men who have complementary skills that we can achieve the best outcomes.
@F3Nation
The power of a sticker? I was at a family reunion this past weekend when one of the younger males asked me what the F3 sticker on my car was about, and I had the opportunity to talk about F3 and its impact on my life. @F3Nation
Much like Positive Habit Transfer, or even Whetstoning, once you have placed yourself on your mission, part of your responsibility is to ignite that in others.

It was an honor leading F3 this morning alongside my friend Patric Young, aka F3 Hot Mic!
Many know Patric as a former University of Florida basketball star, Final Four participant, SEC Defensive Player of the Year, three-time SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, professional basketball player and current ESPN/SEC Network host.
But what inspires me most is who he has become through adversity.
On June 29, 2022, a devastating car accident left Patric paralyzed from the waist down just days before his wedding. Yet through it all, he has chosen faith, hope, gratitude and joy.
Kristin and I have had the privilege of getting to know Patric over the years, and we always leave encouraged, challenged and inspired.
His perspective on life, purpose, and perseverance is something everyone should hear.
Patric’s story isn’t ultimately about basketball or even tragedy. It’s about resilience, faith and finding purpose in circumstances most people would never choose.
I’m grateful to know this man and witness his unbreakable spirit.
On June 28, join us at The Gym Jax for Rep 2 Rise, a community fitness challenge benefiting the Patric Young Foundation.
Every rep is a reminder that strength is built through perseverance. Every dollar raised helps provide hope, support and new possibilities for individuals and families navigating life after a spinal cord injury.

Lots of Coach Mac @cucoachmac stories and banter over lunch today with this crew right here!
A monster thank to so many loving hearts supporting the @F3Omaha Chris Gradoville Community Leaders Scholarships. You are truly making a positive impact in our community!

Most men hate the submission part of accountability. The world teaches us that submission in any form is weakness.
Ironically, it is the ultimate act of true agency. It is a high virtue to be able to let go control to serve a higher purpose.
@F3Nation
If you’re going to make a difference in the life of other men, if you want to have impact, you’re going to break stuff now and again.
That’s ok. Break it as lovingly as you can, but break it.
@F3Nation
What a morning! These 11 sunrisers were put to the leadership test and worked together as a team to finish strong @F3Stormbreaker.
“Go alone if you want to go fast, go together if you want to go far” - said by very smart people.
Thank you @F3Omaha for being you!

.@F3Nation guys, tell me you do F3 without telling me. I’ll go first.
I have 6 pairs of workout gloves, one for each weather and temperature condition.

A special thank you to KTAL NBC 6 for shining a light on the men of F3 Texarkana (a place where half the men are from out-of-state but not downrange) and the impact they're making in their community.
Every week, men from all walks of life find their way to a common junction, stepping out of comfort and into growth. They push their limits, extend their range, and discover a supportive nest of friendships that make life a little less lonely and alot more meaningful.
Some arrive looking for a bootcamp, some the rucks, some the runs (up to six/seven miles). Others come because life has left them feeling worn down. But after countless moments, shared struggles, and early mornings together, they often find something they didn't know they needed: brotherhood.
And that's where real change happens.
Not in the workouts themselves, but on the razor's edge between who we are and who we're capable of becoming. It's where men learn to lead, serve, and support one another shoulder to shoulder.
Thank you to the men of F3 Texarkana for representing the mission so well, and thank you to KTAL NBC 6 for helping tell a story that communities across the country need to hear.
