F3 Nation, Power Clean coming at you again.
I just want to share what’s been on my mind and in my heart lately… what F3 really is.
F3 is a leadership organization wrapped in a workout with a huge side of fellowship. But at its core, it’s not about me. It’s not about most of the guys watching this right now.
It’s about the next man.
We can change the world… but we can’t change the world by ourselves.
That’s why we need men. We need more men to understand the mission of F3 and experience what this thing can do in their lives. And that’s your job. Your job is to go out and evangelize for F3.
Because we know we’re better because of this. And we know they’ll be better too.
Open to all men. That means you. And it means the guy you haven’t asked yet.
Love you men. And there’s nothing you can do about it.
What an incredible moment decades in the making by so many countless hours of work by so many amazing folk that paves the path for future generations.
Also a reminder... real change doesn't happen overnight. It happens when folks keeping showing up, persisting and believing in paths that don't currently exist.
So proud to have had that front row seat.

F3 IN THE NEWS:
Power couple, @ChadBrough (known in F3Nation as Wait Time) and Jisella Brough, were recently featured by 6 News WOWT for their leadership surrounding this weekend's American Heart Association Nebraska Heart & Stroke Walk.
Together, they’ve raised more than $50,000 in support of the fight against heart disease and stroke while helping bring awareness, advocacy, and hope to families in their local communities.
Outside of F3, Wait Time is a nationally recognized healthcare leader and advocate in aging and home-based care. But around Omaha, he and Jisella are perhaps best known for simply showing up, serving others, and making their community stronger.
Together. Shoulder to Shoulder.
Did we mention Wait Time is Chairman of the Board for F3Nation?
Welcome to F3.

Show me a person willing to change the world.. I'll show you my new best friend.
Ten years ago, a seventh grade kid dreamed of being a college graduate. At that time... the path simply didn’t exist. What did exist were plenty of sensible folks willing to call meetings to remind us of that. And to be fair, yeah... they were correct.
Dreamers gonna dream and cool kid set off anyway... and, we should insert Monica and Brian's Guide to Parenting book in here.
Anyway last Friday, I got to watch Audrey present her final capstone project. This Saturday, she'll walk across the stage to be the first ever four-year college graduate of the Peers Program at @BoiseState. First ever.
She did it.
The story goes somewhat like this… A 63 year old man picked up a magazine in May 2018. Inside was an article about men gathering in the early morning hours for fitness, fellowship, and faith expressed through service to their community.
That caught his attention.
By then, he had already been recognized locally, by the state, and nationally for his impact and service. But he was looking for more. After looking to see no F3 locations in his area, he drove 63 miles over to a neighboring town. When leaving his first workout, he thought, “I want to bring this home.”
Grinding through the fall and winter, his relentless determination drove him to Philadelphia on Saturdays, putting in the work, learning the culture. Then in April 2019, alongside 15 other men, the F3Nation flags were planted in Princeton, New Jersey.
He brought the movement home. But then he kept going, pouring himself into the mission of growing and impacting men across the Northeast.
Fast forward to this past weekend: 92 men from across the country showed up to celebrate the 7-year anniversary of F3 Princeton. Shoulder-to-shoulder.
Today, millions of men now have access to more fitness, more fellowship and more faith across New Jersey, the Heart of PA and beyond.
Our word for guys like this is HIM, High Impact Men. But honestly, even that feels too small.
We call him Dos Equis, because he truly is our Most Interesting Man in the World. And the men of F3Nation are honored to call him our brother.
Love you Dos... aka @F3DosEquis

TCLAPS to the men of @F3Princeton. They SHOWED UP. 👊🇺🇸
4/11/2026 marked the 7th Anniversary Convergence of F3 Princeton.
85 PAX. 8 FNGs. 11 Regions represented across NJ & PA.
8 of the 9 New Jersey regions in one place. 188 PAX total for what some are calling a three-day ClusterHuck.
And making it more than a state-wide convergence... Brothers made the trek crossing state lines from Valley Forge, Indian Valley, and Lehigh Valley. Proving once again.. when proximity decreases, commitment and determination increase.
A man doesn’t wake up one day and decide… “Today, I’ll have no friends.” But it happens all too often.

DYK: F3 will forever remain unapologetically men-only. That’s part of what makes the brotherhood work. It creates a space where men can sharpen one another, hold each other accountable, and grow as leaders.
But sometimes we host what’s called a 2nd F (Fellowship) workout.
So if you ever roll up on an F3 gathering and see strollers, kids racing between cones, or families laughing through burpees, don’t be confused. These moments are intentional.
When a family workout happens, it’s less about reps and more about example.
✅Kids see their dads encouraging other men.
✅M’s (Most Important's) see the fellowship and accountability that keeps men showing up in the gloom.
✅ The community gets a glimpse of what positive male leadership looks like when it’s lived out together.
TCLAPS to the PAX of F3 Crystal Lake for this morning’s perfect example of a 2nd F workout.
32 neighbors showed up — kids and adults alike — for Pile’s African dance–inspired beatdown. Lots of movement, lots of laughs, and a great way to start the day together.
New neighbors met. Families got moving. And the crew even knocked out a park clean-up on the way out.
From stronger men (Fitness) → to stronger families (Fellowship) → to stronger communities (Faith).
Mission multiplied.
What!?!?!? Thank you @FOX5Vegas for highlighting the amazing men of @F3Emberwatch, Pocket Sand included. And NO, Gribble did not commit the perfect crime while he was there. IYKYK
