Four from @F3Pittsburgh came out this AM to do @Michael_Easter's December Burn the Ships. Some modified up with 45# rucks and since we didn't have pull up bars, we did what I was calling Supine Over Head Lifts. 3 rounds in 40 mins...so many step ups 😩

16 PAX of @F3Pittsburgh showed up at 5:15AM to welcome the week the right way! We meet at the Ross Community Center every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:15AM for 45 minutes of madness and then have some good BS time with coffee afterwards. Free and open to all men!
