👉 We encountered an emergency transfer to our center following LV perforation during VT ablation in a patient with ICM. The transfer was managed with massive transfusion and autotransfusion😱😱Thankfully, the patient survived🫶🫶

👉 Given the thinning of the LV in ICM and DCM, the risk of perforation is significant, and repairing the LV in such cases is particularly challenging.

👉 If I were to require VT ablation in the future, I would opt for a hospital with cardiac surgery capabilities.
