Update! My Save Our Sequoias Act passed the House yesterday. This legislation would reduce dangerous fuel buildup, protect wildlife habitat, and cut through red tape so that paperwork doesn’t get in the way of saving these ancient trees. I look forward to getting it passed into law.
I just contacted my member of Congress to co-sponsor H.R. 2591, the Mental Health in Aviation Act. Join me by contacting your member of Congress today and ask them to co-sponsor the bill! #alpapilots https://t.co/0cp7yoGQUV
Tesla is an awesome company.
A forum member that goes by the name of Mrp11 unfortunately was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and asked for a rush on their Cyberbeast delivery.
A month later, Tesla home delivered their Cyberbeast along side three other Cybertruck’s creating a very special moment.
They wrote: “Here is how the home delivery went. Our new beast arrived plus support from a Rose Gold, a Black and another Stainless Cybertruck. They made a grand entrance, filled the driveway, and were there to address any new needs or concerns questions for as long as we wished.
It made for an incredible event for which I will remember and cherish today forever.
Thank you Tesla for making today so special.”
Bravo. @Tesla@elonmusk 👏🏻
BREAKING: CNN drops bombshell on Trump, reveals that “A Colorado judge has rejected three more attempts” by Trump “to shut down a lawsuit seeking to block him from the 2024 presidential ballot based on the 14th Amendment’s “insurrectionist ban.”
But it gets worse for Trump…
CNN reports that “the flurry of rulings from Colorado District Judge Sarah Wallace are a blow to Trump” because “the case now appears on track for an unprecedented trail starting October 30th.”
In his 24-page ruling, Judge Wallace destroyed Trump’s demands that the case be thrown out, ruling that the key question of whether Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold has the power to block Trump from the ballot based on the 14th Amendment “is a pivotal issue and one best reserved for trial.”
Even worse for Trump and Republicans, “Wallace also swatted away arguments from the Colorado Republican Party that state law gives the party, not election officials, ultimate say on which candidates appear on the ballot, ruling that, “If the Party, without any oversight, can choose its preferred candidate, then it could theoretically nominate anyone regardless of their age, citizenship, residency. Such an interpretation is absurd; the Constitution and its requirements for eligibility are not suggestions, left to the political parties to determine at their sole discretion.”
Please retweet and ❤️ if to thank the judge for setting Donald Trump straight — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a woke new Twitter competitor that banned Trump for life and is exploding in popularity because Elon Musk banned Tribel’s Twitter account — but he forgot to ban this link to download the new Tribel app: https://t.co/HnJzSKjCwX
Congress is moving forward with FINALIZED FAA reauthorization legislation that includes language to arbitrarily increase the airline pilot retirement age from 65 to 67. The Delta MEC calls for members to make their voices heard to stop this legislation. https://t.co/Q6hNq9WzrO
Maintaining the highest pilot training & qualification standards has been critical to establishing the U.S. as the global leader in #aviation safety.
Raising the pilot retirement age is not only a solution in search of a problem, it is a proposal that has not been thought out, studied or vetted by aviation safety experts – those upon whom we all rely to keep flying safe. Congress should reject this ill-conceived proposal.
The #DeltaPilots picketed to send a clear message to @Delta to get serious at the bargaining table. A Strike Authorization Ballot will send an even clearer message: Our patience with an intransigent management has run out. Vote now! https://t.co/wW8gbN8KJw
