Hey @monzo - another week along, no word yet from your scam team. How can a person be sure their case is being dealt with if every deadline comes and goes and no contact is made from your end? Do we just call every week on the off chance? Can we have a case number from you pls?

@monzo I hope so. They said, 7 days, then 2 weeks, then a month and now 90 days. That deadline came and passed on 12th Jan. she’s heard nothing and when she called they said, ‘it would be soon’. Is there really a time frame in which the scam team will contact her? Pls.
@monzo Hey Monzo, my daughter was a victim of an internet scam while selling a sweatshirt on @depop She alerted you within 10 mins. She was told the money would be returned in 10 days, then 30 days and now 90 days. Can you confirm how long these investigations actually take pls?
