+ are better than no nutrients, trust me. I'm not saying you can't eat unhealthy stuff once in a while, but please try to be mindful. take care of your body as much as possible.
also if you don't have money (aka still a minor, unable to work etc etc) or are broke (like me) make sure to eat your fruits, vegetables AND protein. I know it's hard if you're broke and I know it's hard if you want to use all your calories in fast food / unhealthy food BUT +
+ since you are restricting you NEED all the nutrients and minerals that you can get. and as tempting as it might be, you WILL deteriorate faster if you eat unhealthy food. and you'll say "but I restrict, even if I eat, most of the time I won't eat a shit ton" little nutrients +
