@FiverrSupport I've already tried that. None of the pre-set help option address my issue and the "Contact Us" has required fields that I can't fill out because I don't already have an account like requiring my username - which I don't have because I can't sign up.

@FiverrSupport Yes, I did that, but there are required fields there that apply solely to people with Fiverr accounts, hence why I can't get through to access help.

@FiverrSupport I already went to the getting started page, I have the same problem. I also already went to the support page but because my problem is that signing up/joining isn't working - I can't get support because the support categories require that one already has a Fiverr account. Help!

Not excited for #PAXUnplugged anymore. Bad customer service. I ordered badges by deadline so I'd get them in the mail, I can't stand in Will-call, I'm disabled. Badges didn't come. I emailed on Monday about this, @Official_PAX JUST replied saying "Stand in Will-Call line" WTF?!
