@Chamberlain What is up with your Android app not working? Hasn't for weeks. It's the reason I bought your product. Used to just get the loading screen. Deleted the app & re-downloaded it. Now it's just spinning & won't sign me in. Your app used to work perfectly. ETA on a fix?

@MotorolaUS I factory reset both my wife and my phones Sunday. It was a pain setting them up again but it appears to have fixed the problem... for now. Hoping the lag doesn't return after a few weeks like it did the last time.

Hey, @MotorolaUS, when will the next security release for the G6 be released... & will it fix all the lag & issues that started after Android Pie was introduced? My wife & my phone are barely useable now. Please don't suggest a factory reset. It didn't help.

@MotorolaUS Lag might be a little better but it's still there. Force closures still happening in Chrome. It's really hard to tell because you can't use the device as you normally would in safe mode.

@MotorolaUS We keep our apps updated via the Google Play Store. This is my storage. My wife does not use an SD card in hers. We had no issues with these phones before the update to Pie.

@MotorolaUS Both my wife and I took the OTA update. Previously, I had did a factory reset after the first Pie release. That fixed things for a week or two then the lag and freezing returned.
