Thankful to the @MelanomaReAlli for their support of our research on age and immune mediated mechanisms of metastatic melanoma progression and reactivation from dormancy.
Dr. @FaneMitchell from Fox Chase's Cancer Signaling and Microenvironment Research Program has been awarded a $255k grant by the @MelanomaReAlli! The grant will support research on the impact of aging on immune-regulated reactivation in metastatic melanoma: https://t.co/GdOS45h28L
Really excited to be apart of this session with two amazing speakers @alpcorreia@lab_gomes , come learn about dormancy and metastatic niche regulation!
We are hiring at all levels... come to join us ... We are investigating how lifestyle factors, such as smoking and aging, promote metastatic relapse ....
I will also be presenting at AACR on Saturday in the education session on how the dormancy niche regulate biology during minimal residual disease. Come check it out if your free!

Our lab uses innovative methods to study how metastatic melanoma niches change during aging to promote outgrowth and resistance in aged populations and how this may contribute to reactivation from melanoma dormancy.
