@GetLomi I've never seen worse quality control. Been through 2 Lomi units, 3 fans, and a replacement bucket. Support replies in 3-5 days, and the warranty process is poor. Fast delivery, but I'm done with this product. #CustomerService
Disappointed with @SamsungSupport. My $2000 Galaxy Z Fold 4, just 14 months old, won't fully open. Out of warranty and was told to pay more or buy a new one, no assistance offered. Been a loyal customer for 12 years, owned multiple devices. This treatment is unacceptable.
@SamsungSupport I did reach out. You told me you can't help! Lol. No problem I can't help you, I won't be able to purchase samsung products anymore. This is truly terrible experience for a product that is 4 generations old. You took $2k and lost a customer.

@expensify Oh expensify got back to me to do a domain migration and agreed to do some backend magic to hell resolve my issue. Now none of my users can log in and they stood me up! Worst service ever!
