@WolfgangRichtEU This is a socialist point of view and leads to socialist outcomes which have a 100% failure rate. Learn grasshopper, learn...and stay out of the U.S.
@PeterMallouk@charliebilello More the magic of the biggest bull market ever......from here, your best compunding comes from rolling over ST treasuries at 3.5 to 4%
@jimiuorio They wont be on record voting to reduce benefits.....BUT the left would be happy to hide behind the tagline "it is insolvent" without admitting that their irresponsible (illegal?) spending of the contributions is what led to the insolvency
@LoganDobson Not that the original design was flawless of course. The idea that the federal government would set aside/invest money rather than spend it immediately like a drunken sailor was a lark.
@LoganDobson Logan - the original design of SS was to pay each contributor what each had paid in + returns earned in the years in between. The left warped it to take contributions pay many who contributed nothing. It went from fully-funded forced savings to entitlement
@BOSSportsGordo@timbhealey Post Breslow firing: "That was yesterday and was true when we said it"
By the time ownership has to publicly defend its GM, the writing is on the wall
@oguzerkan Meta's free cash flow margin dwindling from >30% to ~20% to perhaps negative. They may raise money and dilute you. Better hope they spend all that cap ex more wisely than they did pursuing the metaverse....still looking to find someone who wears AV goggles
@StockSavvyShay Using a 2-yr fwd pe is cherry picking…look at ltm pe or better yet fcf yield and fcf growth…..VERY different picture…and EV/Sales is scary…what if margins mean revert and normalize?
@mcuban@chamath But the local, specialized models draw from the largest LLM "big frontier models"....they cant function properly without scraping that larger data set
