@politicalmath@asymmetricinfo Professionally milled flour is a more consistent product. Protein and gluten content will vary in home milled flour so you need to adjust liquid amounts and the timeline (for bread). Creating a white flour at home is a pain and requires a lot of sifting.
@travis4nh The fed raises rates to slow growth in order offset the inflation from higher oil prices. The economy then slows which leads to the fed dropping rates. Rates will be lower eventually but not until unemployment becomes an issue

Not sure if it’s correlation but the more I drank after the exam, the better my results. I have lost my glasses twice in my life- both times after after my successful L2 and L3 attempts
