@Mike_McD5511 @justagu71135181 The criteria to be "based on true events" is nowhere near what a regular person would think it is. Still, it is a very good movie. Solid delivery of a story without any sex, cursing or violence. Maybe those things didn't happen at NASA, but they were happening elsewhere.

@LibOrNormal Lots of people here don't understand that it's not easy to switch from TPS to a green card. He could've only done it through marriage, employment sponsorship or having 1.2 million to invest where the government told him to. What if he tried and couldn't?

@RecurveCapital Using your analogy, seems there are many cars waiting and wanting to get on the highway, but the on/off ramps to make the highway work are not there yet. Likely no major price changes until Q3, hopefully reversing the trend. Meanwhile, at least I can harvest some tax savings...

@ValueStockGeek It'd be very interesting to see the base graphs and yours with standard deviation. My hypothesis is that 80s is composed of single family homes with a smaller deviation and today there are much more mansions and multi family dwellings with larger deviation.

@ericmmatheny As an immigrant it is baffling how could there be a word that a racial group uses on an extremely frequent basis to call on each other without any hesitation at all, while any other racial group cannot use it any way, to the point to referring to it by its first letter only.

@nickgerli1 Immigration won't solve it. Other countries are also seeing declining birth rates and improving economic conditions, which will only become better with less people vying for the same opportunities, balancing their economies and reducing the outflow of migrants
