“The most DANGEROUS Mututsi I have ever met in life is President Kagame. When he laughs a lot know that you are already dead.” — @mkainerugaba
Kagame’s own account of the Sendashonga episode makes this warning far harder to dismiss as mere rhetoric. Perhaps that is precisely why Kigali is so uncomfortable with it.

🇮🇳🇷🇺 INDIA AND RUSSIA PUSH TRADE TO $100 BILLION
India and Russia aim to grow annual trade by 50% within five years, targeting $100 billion as ties with the U.S. strain.
Foreign Minister Jaishankar, visiting Moscow, said both nations must cut tariffs and remove barriers to hit the goal.
Russia is already India’s fourth-largest partner, while India ranks as Russia’s second-largest.
The push reflects shifting alliances as both countries seek to deepen economic links outside Washington’s orbit.
