Breaking news: We've just unveiled major AI updates to help enterprises operationalize agentic AI at scale. 🚀
From Snowflake CoWork (previously Snowflake Intelligence) and Cortex Code (now Snowflake CoCo) to Snowflake Datastream and a host of ML updates, these innovations are turning AI prototypes into production systems: https://t.co/vouHJDchbi
The era of the agentic enterprise is here. AI is no longer a promise and @Snowflake is building the agentic control plane to make it real for every enterprise.
#SnowflakeSummit has officially started and I can't wait for you to see our latest innovations. 🚀
Now that your data, software and apps are connected, secure, governed and trusted, how do you turn that insight into action and operate at the speed of AI?
The agentic control plane. 👇
With Snowflake Intelligence, every user in your business now has a personalized work agent – a single place to access data and take action. And those agents are now equipped with specialized skills built around how your teams actually work.

And this just in ... Snowflake and @AnthropicAI are expanding our work across Snowflake Cortex AI – with Claude powering Snowflake Cortex Code and Snowflake Intelligence – as well as Claude Marketplace. 🚀
As more organizations use Anthropic Claude models directly inside Snowflake, demand continues to grow for governed, production-ready AI that delivers the security, observability, and scale enterprises require.
Together, Snowflake and Anthropic are helping accelerate enterprise AI adoption and build the foundation for the agentic enterprise.

AI Is Splitting SaaS Into Winners and Losers
This week, the valuation gap between SaaS companies with seat-based pricing models and companies with hybrid pricing models widened further. Average valuations for hybrid pricing model companies increased, while two earnings reports had a particularly significant impact on the broader SaaS market.
$SNOW Snowflake challenged the bearish narrative that Agentic AI and LLMs will disrupt the entire SaaS sector. The company delivered exceptionally strong results, beating its own revenue guidance by 5.3%, one of the strongest beats in company history. Management also raised full-year guidance by 3.2%, signaling confidence in the future growth trajectory.
Cortex Code and Snowflake Intelligence, both launched relatively recently, are already showing strong traction. Following the report, SaaS stocks broadly moved higher.
$MDB MongoDB also reported a technically strong quarter. The company beat its own revenue guidance by 3.6% and raised full-year guidance by 2.1%. The stock initially surged 24% after results, but during the conference call, the gain faded to just +0.5%.
Management explained that although AI adoption is accelerating, revenue is still primarily driven by core workloads. For $MDB, AI adoption remains early, and management cannot yet provide clear data on future revenue streams from AI agents.
This matters because MongoDB illustrates where SaaS stands today.
Some companies may lose competitiveness to startups built around LLM-native architectures. Margins could come under pressure, revenue growth could slow, and stock prices could continue to decline.
Others may become clear AI beneficiaries.
Examples include $SNOW Snowflake, $DDOG Datadog, and $NET Cloudflare. These businesses are already seeing benefits from AI adoption while strengthening their competitive positions. They have meaningful economic moats and look more AI-resilient than traditional seat-based software models.
Their revenue growth is accelerating, while margins remain stable or may improve over time.
AI is not destroying all SaaS. It is separating SaaS.
The top companies may see substantial multiple expansion. The valuation multiple for the top 10 SaaS companies has risen significantly over the last month, reaching 12.86x, approaching average levels last seen in 2019.
The bear thesis for $SNOW was that stock-based compensation was outpacing revenue growth. That helped drive the stock down near $100 last year, and nearly again this year.
Today, the stock is up 38% after guiding for a reacceleration in revenue growth, but more importantly, the company is growing itself out of its SBC problem.
That’s operating leverage right there.
Brad Gerstner, CEO of @AltimeterCap highlighted that $SNOW delivered 33% growth versus expectations for 27%, while also raising full-year guidance by more than the size of the Q1 beat.
He said AI token consumption is accelerating Snowflake’s core business, with products like Snowflake Intelligence and Cortex Code reaching “critical mass” during the quarter. @altcap
This is extremely bullish for the datacenter buildout and why his firm has large holdings in $NVDA $TSM $CRWV and $ARM
Great news, retail investors will officially be offered @SpaceX IPO shares!
SpaceX shares will be offered to retail investors through the brokerages of Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Robinhood, SoFi and E*Trade.
"Any purchase of our Class A common stock in this offering through these platforms will be at the same IPO price, and at the same time, as any other purchases in this offering, including purchases by institutions and other large investors." - SpaceX
Enterprise AI is at its best when it’s invisible. With Cortex Code, @providence Health is playing data scientist for a day and the results are very real. 🏥
They ditched 60-hour work weeks spent manually coding and digging through patient notes for a 2-hour Streamlit app build using natural language.
What’s one workflow you’d never do manually again after using Cortex Code?

Congrats to the $IREN shareholders... big day for all of us... we've been patient... and patience paid off... nice to see the investment thesis play out with some help today from $NVDA and their $2B investment... https://t.co/1pRKNoJUAZ
$IREN is up +26% AH and up +150% from the February lows.
I definitely think $IREN is a $100 stock in the near future because power is king and $IREN now has 5GW of contracted power after announcing another acquisition this afternoon of a European data center company... https://t.co/fC5Pmsb8FG
NFA.
DYOR.
*I own $IREN personally and so does @FirstWaveFund (top 6-7 position depending on where it trades tomorrow)
Cortex Code in the wild > feature lists
People are getting a little loco for CoCo. What’s the most creative way you’ve used it?
We’ll feature a few + send a small thank you.
