@Anchovy_Pizza Tragically people read 2.1 as 2 with some people having 3 but it is actually 3 per couple. Between only children, failure to find a spouse, and infertility 3 is the actual target couples need to aim for for replacement.

@arguablywrong @QuasLacrimas Every once in a while Axis and Allies is almost like this. To hit its 1/6 plus a coin flip (half of the techs are mostly useless). You can easily spend 1/3 of your income every turn and never really get anything out of it.
