What does sponsor / mentor leaders mean to you?

@ottleyoconnor Interesting. Coaches are generally paid for.

Sponsors and mentors are not and I find it fascinating how people choose people to sponsor and mentor.

@teacherhead Yes. It's not that the other obs I had were bad - they weren't. What was different about the ones I wrote about was they were 'done with' and with a spirit of shared enquiry: adult to adult. The other ones, though positive, were, in TA speak, parent-child. That's the difference.
