Went deep w @jordihays and @johncoogan on why we prioritized humans-in-the-loop instead of another AI personal assistant.
We spent months measuring where AI fails on care coordination tasks, and turned our results into a benchmark at https://t.co/NC1IQq1zxV.
Lots more RL work ahead. If you’re an engineer and this sounds interesting, shoot me a note at [email protected].
We just raised $250M to push the frontier of enterprise planning.
Our Series E values Pigment at $2.3B and is led by Scaleup Europe Fund (managed by @eqt), with participation from WIL (World Innovation Lab), existing investors including @Greenoaks, @ICONIQCapital , @IVP, and @MeritechCapital, and a planned investment from @nvidia.
This capital puts even more fuel behind the biggest shift planning has ever seen. Imagine a planning cycle that runs on its own, with agents doing the work inside the guardrails your team sets, so you get your time back for strategy. That’s autonomous planning, and with 85% of new metrics in Pigment already created by an agent, it’s well underway.
I’m so proud that the world’s most advanced AI companies, like @AnthropicAI and @ElevenLabs, and global brands like @Unilever and @Danone, are on this journey with us. NVIDIA’s planned investment is a strong validation of where we’re going as we define what AI looks like for our industry.
With this funding, we’ll keep investing in our Graphite engine and our agents, and grow our engineering and go-to-market teams as we bring Pigment to new markets.
To our customers, our partners, and the incredible Pigment team building the future every day: thank you. Romain Niccoli and I can’t wait to see what we build next, together.
Big milestone, bigger plans: https://t.co/HsnH1lMKKW
In an era of tokens, APIs and agents, the world is shifting towards continuous financial planning, and Pigment is the platform for it.
Eleonore, @romain_pigment and the whole @gopigment team are building a very special company. Congrats on the round, proud investors since the seed.
Fun day for the @FirstMarkCap family
* Series B announcement at @daytonaio
* Series A announcement at @BabaHQ
* Big launch of @GradiumAI’s new SOTA open source on-device voice AI model
* and just this morning, @synthesiaIO and @RilletHQ officially taking over the NYC subway lol
This morning I was on TITV, @theInformation's daily tech news show, to talk about our Series B and a few other things.
- We’re not a GPU cloud; we’re the execution layer where agents do the work
- We’re not trying to be an inference company either. We partner with inference providers to offer a complete stack to agents
- AWS was built for deterministic software. We built for the probabilistic world agents actually live in
- Security is a baseline. Every sandbox gets it. You configure the size, CPU, RAM, GPU, OS, etc.
- the machine scales up and down mid-run. Your agent gets more power when it needs it and less when it doesn’t automatically
- the Hugging Face breach drove a wave of inbound from people who suddenly understood why sandboxes exist
- Meta ran the post-training execution for their Llama model on @daytonaio sandboxes
This round was driven by one thesis: AI agents need compute to work, and that compute demand is only going one direction.
Great chat @akashpasricha
Today, Baba raised a $40M Series A.
We give each Medicare member and their family a dedicated team of advocates and behavioral health experts to keep every part of their care moving forward. In a world obsessed with AI personal assistants, it’s never been more important to have expert humans in the loop to go the last mile, particularly in healthcare.
Our advocates have moved mountains for their patients - finding safe housing for the near-homeless, recertifying Medicaid for those about to lose their benefits, and getting financial assistance for people cutting their pills to afford groceries.
In the process, we’ve used AI to scale the impact this special team can have. And to truly teach AI to reason and execute like the best care coordinators, we’ve built the largest learning environment for the type of work that we do everyday.
There is still a lot to do: we’ve served fewer than 1% of the 70 million Americans on Medicare.
Baba does not lack capital or customer demand. Our ability to seize this opportunity is now limited by the capacity of our team. If you’re an exceptional engineer or operator in New York, come build with us: https://t.co/iNUpe3Zd6U.
Our Series A was led by @FirstMarkCap , with @CVSHealth, @valtruis, @generalcatalyst, @geniusventures, and @GroundUpVC investing alongside them.
Proud to lead @BabaHQ's $40M Series A!
Navigating Medicare shouldn’t be a second job for families. @_ConnorSweeney experienced this firsthand while supporting his grandmother through her recovery. That’s why he created @BabaHQ — an AI-native care team of coordinators, licensed therapists, and AI agents dedicated to delivering quality outcomes for patients and their families.
Baba has already served 10K+ patients and families, and we are excited to partner together as they work to empower every Medicare patient.

Beyond honored that @ivanburazin & @JukicVedran allowed us to double down and lead @daytonaio's Series B from the inside
It's difficult to put into words how well this team has executed to achieve the ridiculous growth we've seen over the past year, & even more difficult to encapsulate the standard of customer care (& love) they've maintained at that scale
Agents will increasingly need their own sets of primitives & services, beyond just compute, in the coming decade. The Daytona Agent Cloud will be the place they come to find them 🚀🚀🚀
Today we're announcing a $60M Series B at a $1B valuation, led by @FirstMarkCap to build the agent cloud.
The round also saw participation from some top-tier founders, including @patrickc (Stripe), @tobi (Shopify), @AravSrinivas (Perplexity), @BrendanFoody (Mercor), @oliveur (Datadog), @adamdangelo (Quora) and @ericsyuan (Zoom).

Proud to be doubling down on our investment in @daytonaio, leading their $60M Series B to build the Agent Cloud! Every agent needs a computer, and Daytona is building it scale.
It's been an honor to work with @ivanburazin and we are incredibly excited for this next chapter 🚀
We just raised a $60M Series B at a $1B valuation to build @daytonaio into the Agent Cloud.
@FirstMarkCap led the round, with all key existing investors and angels doubling down.
We're also thrilled to welcome the founders of some generational companies aboard, including @patrickc (Stripe), @tobi (Shopify), @AravSrinivas (Perplexity), @BrendanFoody (Mercor), @oliveur (Datadog), @adamdangelo (Quora) and @ericsyuan (Zoom)
We're a 35-person team. But that's about to change; we're hiring across the board, and we'd love for you to join us.

Thank you to all of the wonderful founders and friends of FirstMark who joined us at Dante last night for the 2026 Founder Dinner. It was a fantastic night for all of the FirstMark community. See you next year! 🗽
